深圳自然博物馆建设项目方案及建筑专业初步设计国际招标即将启动，具体信息将于近期发布。该项目为深圳市政府投资建设的大型公共建筑，深圳“新时代十大文化设施”之一。项目招标方为深圳市建筑工务署工程设计管理中心，招标协助方为深圳市有方空间文化发展有限公司。

Shenzhen Natural History Museum International Tendering will be launched soon. The specific information will be published in the near future. This project is a large-scale public building invested by Shenzhen Municipal Government as one of “Ten Cultural Facilities in New Era”. The tenderee is Engineering Design Management Center of Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality. The tender co-organizer is Shenzhen Position Spatial Culture Development Co., Ltd.

深圳自然博物馆选址于坪山区燕子湖片区，建设用地面积暂定4.02万平方米，总建筑面积暂定12万平方米，项目总投资暂定43.53亿元。将建设藏品保管和保护、展览、社会教育、公共服务、研究、行政办公等功能模块。

Shenzhen Natural History Museum will be located in the area around Yanzi Lake, Pingshan District. The Museum may cover an area of 40,200㎡ with a gross floor area of 120,000㎡. The total investment is temporarily determined as 4.353 billion RMB. The Museum will accommodate functional modules including storage and protection of collection, exhibition, social education, public service, research and administration.

深圳自然博物馆建设目标是成为“中国领先，世界一流”的现代大型综合性自然博物馆，集自然历史遗物收藏中心、自然标本陈列展览中心、自然科学研究中心和科普教育中心为一体，建设成为粤港澳大湾区第一座创新型自然博物馆。

Shenzhen Natural History Museum aims to be a world-leading large-scale modern comprehensive natural history museum, which is also a center for collecting natural historical relic, displaying natural specimens, researching on natural science and conducting education program. It aims to be the first innovative natural museum in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay.
