金属构筑的城市营地：福州乐途潮玩 / 平衡空间设计

01 “乐途”基因

风筝冲浪、水上桨板、登山穿越、自驾旅行、徒步露营……衔接这份对户外运动的热爱，给予日常生活更多想象，让生活多面起来，就是乐途存在的基因。

Kite surfing, stand-up paddling, mountain climbing, road trip, hiking and camping, connects the deep love for outdoor sports, gives more imagination to daily life, makes the life multifaceted, this is the gene why Letu exists.

项目以充满活力，富有野性和创造力的空间场域，成为年轻人的潮玩聚集地，聚集、出发、回归和收获都在这里发生。

Spatial field is full of energy, wildness and creativity, becomes the fashion gathering place of young people; gathering, departure, return and harvest happen here.

“乐途潮玩”毗邻长乐南山公园，离市区仅半小时车程，距离大自然一步之遥。空间由一栋自建建筑改造而成，如何在空间中传达“乐途潮玩”的基因和想象力，是这次设计思考的重点。

"Letu Chaowan" is adjacent to Changle Nanshan Park, only half an hour's drive from the city, and at a close distance to nature. The space is transformed from a self-built building. How to convey the genes and imagination of "Letu Chaowan" in the space is the focus of this design.

项目整体面积外院183平方米，室内424平方米，满足户外营地、室内聚会等多功能需求。空间整体以黑、灰为主基调，材质以金属、水泥为主，营造简洁的场域。

The outer courtyard is 183 square meters, and the indoor area is 424 square meters, meeting the multi-functional needs of outdoor camps and indoor parties. The overall space is dominated by gray and black, and the main materials are metal and cement to create a simple field.

在与自然的交互中，空间退一步，让人与自然成为主角。

In the interaction with nature, the space takes a step back and makes people and nature the protagonists.

02 建筑微更新

我们尊重建筑的本身，保护场地原貌，只为空间注入新的生命形态。设计在不能拆改原有建筑外观的条件下，为保护原建筑做不破坏的“加法”，在外立面上，构建直线与几何造型去表达精神寄望。

We respect the building itself and protect the original appearance of the site, just for injecting new life form into space. Under the condition that the appearance of the original building cannot be demolished, an "additional" element is input to protect the original building without damage. On the facade, straight lines and geometric shapes are used to express spiritual expectations.

穿孔网格金属板比拟着天上的“风筝”，代表自由与远方，亦如包裹着的“金字塔帐篷”，内收与围合，在重叠、交织、并置的线条中构建出立体三维的造型语言。

The perforated grid metal plate looks as if the "kite" in the sky, a symbol of freedom and distance. It is also like a wrapped "pyramid tent", adducting and enclosing. These overlapping, interweaving and juxtaposed lines create a three-dimensional modeling style.

空间整体以灰、黑为主色调，营造内敛、沉稳的气息，主材质金属、水泥，铸就如重型机车般独特的冷酷、严肃感。在这样的高级质感下，空间氛围又藏着似“引擎轰鸣”随时迸发的力量，裹挟着热气呼啸而来。

The overall space is dominated by gray and black, creates the introverted and calm breath; and the main materials are metal and cement, cast unique sense of coldness and seriousness just like heavy locomotive. Under this high-end texture, space atmosphere also hides the power of burst at any time just like engine roar, howls coming with a kind of wrapped-up hot air.

03 外院营区

在户外宽阔的外院，砾石铺就的地面与整体基调相融。黑色的露营桌椅设备，简约中不失调性，银色金属的房车吧台增加视觉中心深层次的递进。

In the spacious outer courtyard, the gravel ground is fully integrated with the overall style. The blackened camping table and chair look simple but fashionable; the silver metal RV bar increases the depth and progression of the visual center.

设计充分考虑空间的实用性，将小院规划出烧烤区、篝火区、休闲区等，以满足不同人群、不同活动需求。折叠窗户内外两用，重竹地板从户外直接铺入室内，模糊空间的边界，在走动间，感受自然氛围在流动。

In full consideration of the practicability of the space, the small courtyard is planned to include barbecue areas, bonfire areas, leisure areas, etc., to meet the needs of different groups of people and different activities. Folding windows are used both inside and outside, and the heavy bamboo floor is laid directly from the outside to the inside, blurring the boundaries of the space. While walking, we can feel the natural elements.

这个氛围也包括当人走进院中，切身体会金属“帐篷”笼罩下的场域，由远处透过丛林向建筑望去，金属构建的立体、坚实质感，总能第一时间吸引众人眼球。

While people walk into the courtyard, experience the field domain shrouded by metal tent, look toward the building through the jungle at a distance; metal built stereo and solid texture always catch people’s eyes immediately.

随着层次的递进，人们可见其中直线与几何线条层层运用，成就外观尖锐造型与科技感结构，呈现一种现代时尚与未来感。

Along with progression of levels, people can see the use of straight lines and geometric lines layer by layer; achieve the sharp appearance modeling and science and technology feeling structure; present a sense of modern fashion and future.

此设计方式，还为这外观改造提供更高强度、更稳固的结构支撑。在几何线条之间，穿孔网格金属板比拟着天上的“风筝”，自由与远方；也如同包裹着的“金字塔帐篷”，内收与围合。希望在这自然的边界上，“乐途潮玩”以内收、包裹的状态给人安全感。

This design mode also provides higher strength and more stable structural support for appearance modification. Between the geometric lines, the perforated grid metal plate looks as if the "kite" in the sky, a symbol of freedom and distance. It is also like a wrapped "pyramid tent", adducting and enclosing. On the boundary of nature, hope that "Letu Chaowan" gives people a sense of security with adducting and enclosing state.

04 室内剧场

室内布局基于场地条件和场景进行构想。

The indoor layout is based on on-site conditions and scene conception.

材料组织上的建构，以金属架为框，表面覆以桦木板，错落的高差将功能区都纳入其中，聚焦的视觉中心形成空间场景的起伏，从而影响人与人之间的行为状态。如同置入一个剧场，小尺度的围合，为表演或分享者，以及观众或朋友之间形成更贴近的场域，创造了一个互动的视角。

In terms of material composition, a metal frame is used, and the surface is covered with birch boards. The staggered height difference incorporates all functional areas, and the focused visual center presents the ups and downs of the space, thereby affecting the state of behavior between people. Just like a theater, the small-scale enclosure forms a closer field for performers or sharers, as well as audiences or friends, and creates an interactive perspective.

在这样的氛围里，人坐在其中彼此关系亲密又疏离，有着模糊又清晰的界限。

People sit in this atmosphere, their relations are intimate and distant, have blurred and clear boundaries.

聚集在此的人可以放肆玩乐，也能在陌生的人群里拥有自己的“边界”。但只要愿意，只要一个小幅度的跨越，热闹即可相融。

People gathering here can have a blast, and also have own boundaries in company of strangers. But as long as you want, only one small leap, liveliness blends in.

05 小聚空间

在热闹之外，“乐途潮玩”同样给人静处的区域。跃上台阶走上二楼，就是雪茄室、茶室、餐厅等独立空间，满足大众的不同需求。

Outside the liveliness, "Letu Chaowan" gives people a quiet place. Jump up the stairs to the second floor, there are cigar room, teahouse, restaurant and other independent spaces for meeting the different needs of the masses.

设计同样以黑色为主色调，但肌理涂料、木质地板及皮革等材质的运用，包括贯穿空间整体的几何线条元素，让空间显得安静又富有高级质感。

The design takes black dominant tone, but use of textured paint, wooden floors, leather and other materials, including the geometric line elements throughout the overall space, make the space quiet and rich in high-end texture.

这份独特的空间气质，也激发人们暂时离开城市日常循环生活，到自然、户外肆意撒野的热情。走进人群，无论视线与谁相对，都可以心照不宣举杯示意。

This unique space temperament also inspires people to leave temporarily the urban daily routine, go to nature and outdoors wantonly, walk into the crowd. When you meet the eyes, you can cheers with them tacitly.

06 另一种生活方式

人在城市中的日常生活往往只是一种方式，但走出去，去户外，自然总能给你一种松弛感，为生活增加另外一种可能。

People's daily life in the city is often just one way, but when you go outdoors, nature can always give you a sense of relaxation and provide another possibility for your life.

“乐途潮玩”则在城市与自然之间，如“大本营”守望与接纳来往者，行走于城市中的自然。

"Letu Chaowan" between the city and nature, watches and accepts the people coming and going just like “base camp”, and allows you to enjoy nature in the city.
