栖香记民宿：场地风格的重塑 / 素建筑设计事务所SUA

场地位于德清莫干山高峰村，门前有两棵近百年的的香樟树。人们大部分的日常活动都在树下，总能沾染上些许香气，幽韵撩人，因此这里得名“栖香记”。

The site is located in Gaofeng Village, Mogan Mountain, Deqing. There are two camphor trees in the front yard for nearly 100 years. Most daily activities of the people are performed under the tree. People can always be stained with a little fragrance with a fascinating smell, so the project is named "Qixiangji".

原有建筑先后建造于不同年代，呈现出不同时期的乡村民居风貌。满足新的使用需求并统一场地里的建筑风格，是在这次改造设计的主要任务。

The original buildings have been built at different times, showing the style of rural houses in different periods. Meeting the new user needs and unifying the architectural style in the site is the main task of this renovation design.

项目改造自当地村民自建房，打破固有的布局结构，留白墙面并设置双坡屋顶。墙面上开大面积玻璃窗，朴雅别致，结合四周郁郁葱葱的山景，一句“问余何意栖碧山，笑而不答心自闲”，便诠释了设计师们对栖香记的理解。

The project was transformed from local residences built by villagers, breaking the inherent layout structure, while leaving white walls and double-slopes roofs. Large glass windows were opened on the wall, which was simple and elegant, combining with the lush mountain views around it.

围篱之内是2500多平的场地，一片幽蓝的泳池坐落其中，清澈的水面倒映出雪白的建筑体，微风吹过，吹皱了这片涟漪。各类植物巧妙布局在院落的每个角落，以静制动，野趣横生。

Inside the fence is more than 2,500 square meters of ground with a blue swimming pool sits in it. The clear water surface reflects the snow-white building. The breeze blows and ripples this ripple. All kinds of plants are cleverly laid out in every corner of the courtyard, which is full of fun.

设计中将原本的房间全部打通，变成了全开放共享的空间。并将前台、休息区、吧台、厨房、餐厅进行合理地功能区分，穿梭其中，显得更加悠闲自在，也增强了交流的氛围。巨大的玻璃将室外别致的景色引入室内，提升了空间的趣味性，增添了生机与活力。

In the design, all the original rooms were opened and turned into a fully open and shared space. The front desk, lounge area, bar counter, kitchen, and restaurant have been reasonably distinguished from each other. The shuttle between them is more leisurely, which promoting communication at the same time. The huge glass introduces the outdoor chic scenery into the interior and enhances the fun of the space and is full of vitality.

客房的设计配合以白墙与原木装饰，原木家具点缀其中，使空间如家一般温暖。二层有一个独立茶室书吧，伴着后山的涔涔溪流，风轻吹过竹林留下簌簌银铃，阳光穿过房间，光影婆娑，读书泼茶，快哉快哉。

The interior space of the guest rooms is decorated with white walls and wood materials with log furniture embellishing them, which makes the space as warm as home. On the second floor, there is an independent tea room book bar. Accompanying the flowing of the mountain stream, the wind gently blows through the bamboo forest with the sound like silver bells. Sun shines into the room leaving subtle shadows, creating a quiet space suitable for reading and drinking tea.
