项目背景

中环环境北京办公室位于枫花园15号院，园区环境幽静，邻近法国大使馆和日本大使馆。基地拥有良好的室外景观条件，但是建筑内部原有的空间布局已无法满足新使用者的功能需求。因此，首先需要将原有隔墙全部拆除，按照功能需求重新划分空间。

ZHONGHUAN ENVIRONMENT’s Beijing office is located Fenghuayuan No.15, which is a quiet environment close to the embassy of France and the embassy of Japan. Although the original place had good outdoor environment, the indoor configuration was unsatisfied by the new owner. Thus, the priority task is to remove the original partition and rearrange the space by new demands.

设计概念

社会需要一种在危机时期能屹立不倒，同时优化资源、做到高质量低成本的设计。本次改造方案以简洁质朴为核心理念，表达最诚恳真实的建筑。从这个角度出发，此改造项目通过对比例、材质和光影的调控，实现对空间的表达。

There is one kind of designers that being demanded by the society. The design of high quality and low cost can be designed in the case of shortage of funds.The core design philosophy of the task is simplicity, which aims to convey the sincerity. The design of ZHONGHUAN ENVIRONMENT’s office uses the method of proportion, material and lighting to convey the above philosophy onto the space.

设计分析

当原有建筑内部隔墙、吊顶拆除后，已有结构的一层层高5.1米，空间比例相对较高；二层为双坡式屋顶结构，最高点4.3米，横向结构钢梁高度2.4米，因结构高度的局限性造成原有空间比例相对低矮。

After removing the original partition and ceilings, the first floor height becomes 5.1m, which is quite high; the second floor is double slope roof structure, the peak point is 4.3m and structural steel height becomes 2.4m. Due to the construction limitation, the original space scale is relatively short.

从进入一层空间开始，黑色的通道入口、具有强烈雕塑感的楼梯以及穿插在空间中的几何方体，在某一瞬间营造出脱离自然世界的抽离感，留白的空间在光与影的变化中丰富了气韵，试图实现形而上的诗意。当人们穿过一层过渡空间到达二层时，层次体验就会随着每一小步再丰富，展现紧缩与扩张、私密与公共、黑暗与光明以及天与地的之间的对比空间顺序。

From the beginning of the first floor, the black entry, the sculpture styled steps and random geometry could take out people from the real world. Blank space enrich the atmosphere by lightning and shadow,which realizes the metaphysical quality. When people walk through the transition space on the first floor towards the second floor, the experience would gradually increase by each step: shrink and expansion, secret and public, dark and light, and the space order of sky and land.

在二层空间布局中，设计师将一系列功能体量置入空间形式中，随着空间功能的变化，空间界面的处理方式也发生变化，在变化中塑造出等候、交流、休憩、工作等连续但气氛不同的功能空间。

The second floor is designed by several functional spaces. As the difference of function of spaces, the space configurations are different ,which create the different atmosphere of waiting, communication, rest and working.

07过渡空间Transition space

基于模数化的多功能书架、植物盒作为空间分隔的结构，单元化定制的木盒可以任意组合不同的形式，满足不同的使用需求。植物盒中以吊兰、绿萝和剑蕨等易养护并带有空气净化功能的植物为主，在开阔明亮的空间中为员工提供一处舒适的办公环境。

Based on the modular multi-task bookshelf, plant box as the isolation of spaces, the customized wood box would be able to create different style, which could be used for different demand. The plant boxes are mainly filled in bracketplant ，Sword Fe and some other green plants, which could help to purify the air and provide a comfortable environment for office people.
