海岸边的纪念：挪威Ureddplassen景观营造 / Inge Dahlman + Haugen & Zohar

在挪威Helgelandskysten观景路线一隅，建立起一座新的景观地标：Ureddplassen 。基地布置有颜色柔和的大理石座椅，海浪状的公共卫生间，以及面向大海的观景台。Ureddplassen将成为到访游客一次难忘的经历，已于近日向公众开放。

With seating benches in beautiful colours, a new wave-shaped toilet facility and a viewing terrace directly towards the open sea, Ureddplassen at Gildeskål will be a great experience for travellers in the north. The rest area is now open to the public.

项目位于挪威观景路线Helgelandskysten途中，游客与当地居民都经常到访。此地的冬日极光和夏日极昼，都是他处难以匹敌的美景。在全面整修工程后，这处新的建造成为路线上又一温柔地景。

Ureddplassen along Norwegian Scenic Route Helgelandskysten is a place that is frequently visited, both by tourists and local residents. In the winter there is hardly a more beautiful place to admire the northe lights, and the same goes for the midnight sun in the summer. After extensive upgrading, Ureddplassen now shines in new splendour.

除了一个新的停车场和由玻璃、混凝土建成的卫生间之外，设计方还建造了一个圆形露天观景台。观景台向海面延伸，可供行走或坐憩。观景台上可见摄人心魄的自然景色，并有设施将道路上行车喧嚣减弱隔离。大理石座椅是用来自弗于斯克的石材制成，其旁的Uredd纪念碑默然矗立。

In addition to a new carpark and a toilet facility in glass and concrete, we have built a new viewing terrace and a spectacular amphitheatre. The amphitheatre leads down to the beach area and is shaped as a flight of wide steps, alteately for walking and seating. The view from the steps is unique and there is ample seating well protected from traffic noise, says Steinar Skaar, Route Manager of Norwegian Scenic Route Helgelandskysten. The amphitheatre also has seating benches in the characteristic marble from Fauske, and the “Uredd” monument has been given a new and dignified location.

“Uredd”意味“无所畏惧”。Uredd纪念碑的建造是为纪念“二战”时于此地沉没的潜艇Uredd，其上42名军士无人生还。1985年，船只残骸定位得到确认，并于次年定性为军事牺牲。Uredd纪念碑于1987年被建造，本次修整新添入一个大理石台基。

The “Uredd” monument was erected in memory of the 42 men who lost their lives when the submarine “Uredd” was sunk during World War II. The shipwreck was located in 1985 and consecrated as a war grave in 1986. The monument was erected in 1987 and unveiled by King Olav V. The moment has been given a new marble base.

设计方与当地承包商合力保证了项目的建造品质。项目造价计1500万挪威克朗，休憩区景观设计方为Landskapsfabrikken - Inge Dahlman，卫生间设施由Haugen/Zohar完成，建造商为Moldjord bygg og anlegg AS。

Together with the local contractor, we have succeeded in emphasising the qualities that the architect and the landscape architect intended. The project has a cost limit of NOK 15 million and the rest area was designed by Inge Dahlman/LANDSKAPSFABRIKKEN AS. The toilet building was designed by the architects Haugen/Zohar. The contractor is Moldjord bygg og anlegg AS.
