异次园：上海安亭国际汽车城·创新港 / 维思平建筑设计 WSP Architecture

上海国际汽车城汽车·创新港地处上海西北郊区的安亭新城内，是一个以汽车研发为主要业态的开发项目，由WSP维思平设计团队负责。该项目颠覆了传统办公建筑类型化的整体布局和平面布置，打破了标准写字楼的单调形式，转而采用高低错落的空间布局，引入江南园林和传统里弄元素，鼓励互动与发现，为研发工作打造创新思维和体验感的环境氛围，避免了传统办公一味追求效率所产生的重复性，营造出与城市基调完全不同的庭院式花园办公空间，使自然与城市咫尺之遥。项目建成后，将上海分散的汽车研发部门集中在一起，成为一个集研发、实验、会议等功能为一体的中国最强的汽车研发核心区，项目总建筑面积逾15万平方米，共分成5个地块，设计师承担了整体规划和A地块的建筑设计工作。

Shanghai Inteational Automobile City Automobile·InnovationHarbor is located in AnTing New Town, the northwest suburb of Shanghai. Automotive R & D is a major development project format. The project subverts the overall layout and plane arrangement of the traditional office building type, breaking the monotony of standard office buildings，shifting to the level of scattered spatial layout，introducing the JiangNan neighborhood and traditional Lane elements, encouraging interaction and discovery, creating the innovative thinking and experience atmosphere for the Research and Development, avoiding the blind pursuit of traditional office efficiency arising from the repetitiveness, creating a completely different tone and urban courtyard garden office space. So that nature and the city are close at hand. After the completion of the project, the scattered automotive R & D departments in Shanghai will be centralized, becoming a core are of research and development, experiments, conferences and other functions as one of the strongest in China''s automotive research and development industry, The total construction area of more than 150,000 square meters, is divided into five plots. The designer undertook the overall planning and A block of the architectural design work.

项目所在地靠近拥有浓厚江南园林文化的苏州，设计师将“四维园林”的空间概念引入规划设计，用建筑组合成几个院落体块作为基本单位，中间留出中央公园；在每一个院落的构想上，以8.4m X 8.4m的体块为细胞，通过重复、叠加等方式围合成院落单元，错落有致的布置多个绿化平台，形成如魔方一般丰富而多层次的院落空间，“园”中有楼，楼中有“园”，营造出建筑与自然精密融合的办公环境，使自然城市咫尺之遥；院落与院落的组合又自然地围合出了街巷、广场和中心园林，通过控制街道的宽窄，“异次园”用简单的方式营造了中国传统江南街巷和院落空间，同时传承了上海里弄文化。

Designers introduced the "four-dimensional garden" concept to the spatial planning and design with the buildings combined into several courtyard body block as the basic unit, leaving the middle as the Central Park; in the concept, each courtyard is compounded to a courtyard synthesis unit , to 8.4m X 8.4m somatic cell block, by repetition and superposition, arranging a plurality of green platforms in patchwork, which leads to the formation of rich and multi-level courtyard space of "Garden" in the building and “Building” in the garden, creating a sophisticated fusion of architecture and nature of the office environment, a stone''s throw of natural city; The combination of courtyard and the courtyard naturally surrounds the streets, squares and central gardens, by controlling the width of the street, “Extra dimensional Park”, in a simple way, creates a traditional Chinese JiangNan streets and courtyards, and heritages Shanghai Lane culture.

在组团空间的组织上，采用了廊道衔接方式，既一定地分隔出各庭院的独立空间，又能保持组团整体感，从而丰富了空间的多样性。楼梯的布置充满趣味和启发性，移步换景，鼓励使用者不断探索与创新。项目用现代简洁的设计语汇表达中国传统造园中的意境，使建筑拥有除三维立体空间以外的时间变换之感，如临世外异次元空间，巧通造化，小中见大，簇拥在四维园林中。

In the group space organization, the use of corridor cohesion, both must be separated from the courtyard of the independent space, but also to maintain the overall sense of group, thus enriching the diversity of space. The stairs are decorated with fun and inspirational touches that encourage users to explore and innovate. The project expresses the artistic conception in the Chinese traditional garden with mode concise design vocabulary, which makes the building have the sense of time transformation besides the three-dimensional space, such as the outer space, in the garden.

1.文化传承

该设计非常重视江南文化地域性的传承，试图通过对江南园林及上海弄堂等传统空间进行深度挖掘，提炼出对现代办公空间有指导意义的空间设计原则，诠释传统上海里弄文化，再现邻里空间，成为地域文化传承的重点。整体规划设计中，通过院落式组团的前后错动、有机组合，围合成大小不同的街道与广场，以老上海弄堂与街道的尺度比例，设计组团之间的道路关系，形成条条弄堂式街道，通过弄堂可以看到外面的街道与地块中心的中央公园，让人移步换景。

The design attaches great importance to the inheritance of regional culture of JiangNan culture. It attempts to excavate the spatial design principles that guide the mode office space through the deep excavation of JiangNan gardens and Shanghai alley, which makes the focus of regional cultural heritage. The overall planning and design, through courtyard-style groups around the scattered, but organic combination, the synthesis of different sizes of streets and squares to the old Shanghai alley and street scale ratio, through the alley you can see the outside of the street and the central block of the Central Park. 2.发现趣味

在灵活布局的三维楼梯空间中，随着时间维度的不断变化与推移，形成可以在庭院中不断发现趣味的四维路径。高低错落的平台丰富了空间形态，不同的楼梯通往未知的区域，使人们时刻体验到在立体园林中办公的乐趣，在上下班、业余休闲时会不断激发新的灵感和探索寻觅的创新体验。项目以院落为节点，符合中国传统文化中小中见大、天人合一的世界观，同时，模块式的有机组合为建筑空间的可变性提供了可能。

High and low scattered platform enriches the spatial form of the stairs leading to an unknown area, so that people always experience the joy of office in the three-dimensional garden, in the after hours, leisure time will continue to inspire new inspiration and explore the search for innovative experience. The project takes the courtyard as the node, conforms to the Chinese traditional culture “the small in the big, the nature and the human” world view, at the same time, the modular type organic combination has provided the possibility for the building space variability.

3.城市庭院

本项目打造了一个具有江南气息的城市庭院式办公环境。立体化的庭院，错落有致的空间布局，移步异景的庭院设计，包围成组团型的秘密花园，在错落的平台上种植屋顶绿化，使组团如梯田一样高低起伏布满绿色。都市现代化生产环境与江南城市庭院办公环境一步之遥，营造出与城市基调完全不同的庭院式花园办公空间,将江南园林与城市办公环境融为一体。
