International tender for Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (tentative name) Schematic Design and Architectural Design Development (No.2020-440300-83-01-012632002) pre-qualification meeting was held on January 21, 2021 at Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality. The pre-qualification review committee consists of 7 members.

评委会成员对53名有效响应投标申请人提交的资格预审报名文件进行审阅及深入讨论，最终评选出12家无排序的入围设计单位和2家有排序的备选设计单位。资格预审结果公示已在深圳市住房和建设局工程交易服务主页发布。

After careful reviewing and in-depth discussion of the pre-qualification applications submitted by 53 applicants, the jury members selected 12 shortlisted applicants without ranking and 2 alternative applicants with ranking. 2. 资格预审报名情况

Pre-Qualification Applications

中国科学院深圳理工大学建设工程方案设计及建筑专业初步设计国际招标自2020年12月15日发布招标公告及资格预审文件，至2021年1月15日资格预审报名截止，共收到53个投标申请人的报名材料。

Since International tender for Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (tentative name) Schematic Design and Architectural Design Development was released on December 15, 2020, a total of 53 valid applications were received up until January 15, 2021.

其中联合体报名的投标申请人有37个，独立报名的投标申请人16个；共涉及114家公司，其中中国公司92家，国外公司22家；涉及除中国以外的国家共计11个，包括荷兰、德国、法国、美国、英国、西班牙、新加坡、马来西亚、澳大利亚、丹麦、挪威。

中国科学院深圳理工大学（简称“中科院深理工”）是深圳市人民政府与中国科学院双方依托中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院现有基础，在深合作共建的一所独立设置的全日制高校，发挥科教优势，努力建成理工为基、科学引领、世界一流的研究型大学。

Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (tentative name, hereinafter referred to as “SIAT”) is co-founded by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and Chinese Academy of Sciences, relying on the basis of Shenzhen Advanced Technology Institute, in deep cooperation. It is to build an independent full-time university, giving full play to the advantages of science and education. SIAT aims at building a science and technology based, scientific leading, world-class research university.

项目拟选址于深圳市光明科学城，位于光明区新湖街道。学校总办学规模8000人，总投资约50亿元，资金来源为市政府投资。

The project is located in Shenzhen Guangming Science City, Xinhu Street, Guangming District. The university is plan to host 8,000 students, with a total investment of about 5 billion RMB, which is funded by the municipal government.
