202进5，资格预审结果发布 | 深圳市塘朗山郊野公园城市看台概念设计国际竞赛

“202份申请材料，竞争5个入围名额。40选1，这个竞赛的竞争实在太激烈了。”2021年10月12日，在深圳市塘朗山郊野公园城市看台概念设计国际竞赛资格预审会现场，评委们表示。

“202 applications, compete for 5 shortlisted places, choose 1 out of 40, this competition is quite fierce.”, said by juries on the pre-qualification review meeting of International Competition for Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Tanglang Mountain Country Park City Viewing Platform, on October 12, 2021.

深圳市塘朗山郊野公园城市看台概念设计国际竞赛，是有方组织招标竞赛以来，参赛团队数量最多的国际设计竞赛，同时也是深圳招标竞赛历史上参赛数量较多的竞赛之一。本次竞赛共收到资格预审报名材料202份，共有近300个团队参与，其中包括众多国外顶级建筑及景观设计事务所，以及国内大型设计院、知名设计事务所。

International Competition for Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Tanglang Mountain Country Park City Viewing Platform made the highest record of application number since POSITION started the organization of competitions. At the same time, it is also one of the competitions with the most participants in Shenzhen's design competition history. 202 applications were received for pre-qualification, with almost 300 design teams, including a number of top international architecture and landscape design firms, domestic large-scale design institutes and well-known architectural practices.

竞赛由深圳市城市管理和综合执法局主办、深圳市公园管理中心承办，深圳市有方空间文化发展有限公司组织策划。资格预审会于深圳市城管智慧中心一楼多功能厅举行，市城管和综合执法局、市公园管理中心相关负责人员与会。

The competition is hosted by Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality, organized by Shenzhen Park Service, and co-organized by Shenzhen Position Spatial Culture Development Co., Ltd. The pre-qualification review meeting was held at Multifunctional Hall of Shenzhen Urban Management Intelligent Center. Responsible personnel from the Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau of Shenzhen Municipality and Shenzhen Park Service attended the meeting.

资格预审委员会由何健翔、刘宇扬、马岩松、张轲、赵扬（按姓氏音序排列）5位专家组成。马岩松担任评审组长。

The Pre-qualification Committee consists of 5 professional juries: HE Jianxiang, LIU Yuyang, MA Yansong, ZHANG Ke, ZHAO Yang (in alphabetical order by last name). Mr. MA Yansong was elected as the jury principal.

本次竞赛共收到202家参赛团队提交的报名材料，资格预审委员会对符合性审查合格且符合暗标审查的195份概念成果文件进行了详细审阅，采用暗标评审、记名投票的方式，经过长达6轮7次的投票，最终评选出5个无排序的入围团队和2个有排序的备选团队。

Among 202 applications, the committee carefully reviewed 195 valid conceptual documents that were qualified in the Qualification Review and evaluated the conceptual documents in anonymous format. After in-depth discussion and 6 rounds - 7 times of voting, the committee determined 5 shortlisted applicants (without ranking) and 2 alternative applicants (with ranking).

早晨9点，评审正式开始。到晚上7点，历经10个小时的马拉松式评审，资格预审结果正式出炉。5名入围团队和2名备选团队名单如下：

With the fierce competition (5 out of 202) and the high quality of design proposals, the pre-qualification committee suggested to announce the top 21 applicants of the competition. 资格预审委员会根据竞赛任务书，从生态性、生活性、创新性、可实施性等方面综合考量报名方案。评委针对各个方案的优缺点进行了充分讨论，尤其重视艺术性和原创性。资格预审委员会提出以下评审意见：

The Pre-qualification Committee comprehensively evaluated the concept proposals from the aspects of ecology, lifestyle, creativity, and implementability according to the Design Brief. The juries discussed the advantages and disadvantages of each proposal, paying particular attention to the artistic character and originality. The committee issued the following review comments:

1. 整体报名方案的质量非常高，体现了创新性，以及从概念到表达的完整性；最终入围的五个方案代表了多样性。

1. The overall quality of the proposals is very high, reflecting great creativity and completeness from concept to expression; the five shortlisted proposals also represent diversity.

2. 入围方案都遵从了竞赛要求对生态和自然的尊重，采用轻介入的方式，在生态性优先的前提下强调体验感，强调材料的真实性，建造的合理性、可持续性，也充分考虑了深圳未来的城市形象，与深圳这个城市对于未来的态度。

2. The shortlisted proposals all show respect for ecology and nature, and design with light intervention. They also emphasize activity experience under the principles of giving priority to ecology, pay attention to authenticity of materials, the practicality and sustainability of construction, providing consideration of Shenzhen’s future city image and Shenzhen’s attitude towards the future.

3. 同时，入围方案各自代表了不同的价值，自然跟城市之间的关系的不同取向。各方案具有深化发展的潜力和可能性。

3. At the same time, the shortlisted proposals each represents different values and shows different approaches in the relationship between nature and city. Each proposal has the potential and possibility for further development.

4. 总体而言，这是一次很成功的评选。

深圳市塘朗山郊野公园城市看台概念设计国际竞赛自2021年8月27日发布竞赛公告，至2021年10月9日资格预审报名截止，共收到：

202个参赛团队的报名材料

其中，有效报名材料195份

联合体参赛团队72个

独立参赛人123个

共涉及283家公司

报名所涉中国公司（含港澳台地区）共234家，国外公司49家；涉及除中国以外的国家共计13个，包括美国、法国、荷兰、英国、澳大利亚、德国、日本、奥地利、西班牙、意大利、阿联酋、加拿大、挪威。

Since its open call was released on August 27, 2021, up until October 9, the International Competition for Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Tanglang Mountain Country Park City Viewing Platform received 202 applications, including 195 valid applications. There are 72 joint group applicants, and 123 independent applicants, with 283 companies in total. 234 Chinese companies and 49 foreign companies participated in the open call stage. Other than China, applicants are from 13 other countries, including United States, France, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Japan, Austria, Spain, Italy, UAE, Canada and Norway.

作为深圳市重点建设的城市看台之一，深圳市塘朗山郊野公园城市看台概念设计国际竞赛自发布正式公告至预报名截止，短短三周吸引了383支来自全球的参赛团队进行预报名登记。

As one of Shenzhen’s key viewing platforms, International Competition for Conceptual Design of Shenzhen Tanglang Mountain Country Park City Viewing Platform attracted 383 teams from all over the world to pre-register in just three weeks from the official release to the end of pre-registration.

本项目地处深圳市南山区、龙华区与福田区三区交界处。塘朗山主峰塘朗顶，是深圳中心城区制高点，可全方位观赏深圳城市景观。作为深圳“山海连城计划”的重要节点，坐山拥海，直面深圳湾与城市核心区的壮阔全景，将打造成一座名片级的深圳湾区城市看台。

Tanglang Mountain Country Park is located at the junction of Nanshan District, Longhua District and Futian District in Shenzhen. Tanglang Peak, the main peak of Tanglang Mountain, is the highest point in the central area of Shenzhen, offering a panoramic view of Shenzhen. As a core node of the "Mountains-to-Sea City Trail Master Plan", Tanglang Mountain Country Park City Viewing Platform has a spectacular panorama of Shenzhen Bay and the city central areas. It aims to create remarkable City Viewing Platforms of Shenzhen Bay Area.

本项目采用“公开报名”的方式，分为资格预审阶段、方案设计阶段、竞赛结果评定阶段。在方案设计阶段，5个入围团队将提交完整的设计提案，评审委员会对参赛方案采用暗标评审，评选出2个无排序的优胜团队及3个无排序的优秀奖团队。

The competition was organized by "open call", divided into Pre-qualification Phase, Scheme Design Phase and Final Evaluation Phase. In the Scheme Design Phase, the five shortlisted design teams shall submit complete design schemes. A Scheme Review Committee will be established to evaluate the design schemes in anonymous format and select two teams without ranking for the third phase (Final Evaluation). Three Excellence Award teams without ranking should be determined at the same time.
