Addendum 1

考虑疫情影响，本次竞赛预审报名材料纸质版递交截止时间延期至2022年5月6日17:00（北京时间），递交地点不变。所有材料须在截止时间前到达指定地点，请参赛单位提前安排相关报名材料的现场递交或邮寄递交，预留充分的邮寄时间。逾期抵达的材料不予受理。

In consideration of the impact of the epidemic, the deadline for submitting the paper documents of Pre-qualification Application for this competition will be extended to 17:00, May 6, 2022 (Beijing time). The place of submission will remain unchanged. All materials must arrive at the designated place before the deadline. Please arrange your submission on site or by mail in advance and allow sufficient time for mailing. Materials arriving late will not be accepted.

电子邮件报名截止时间不变，为2022年4月15日17:00（北京时间）。电子邮件报名仅需提交《竞赛报名函》（格式详见《附件一：企业资信文件格式》中“1 竞赛报名函”，详见原资料获取链接）盖章扫描件（PDF格式）。5月6日提交的纸质版企业资信文件中需包含盖章的《竞赛报名函》。

The deadline for email application remains unchanged, which is 17:00, April 15, 2022 (Beijing time). For email application, you only need to submit the stamped and scanned copy (PDF format) of the Application Letter (please refer to "1 Application Letter" in Appendix I: Company Profile and Credit Files Format, download via the original document acquisition link). The stamped Application Letter shall be included in the paper version of Company Profile and Credit Files submitted on May 6 as well.

本次竞赛答疑补遗的发布时间延至2022年4月8日18:00（北京时间）。

The answering period of this competition will be extended to 18:00 on April 8, 2022 (Beijing time).

项目#1：西部（重庆）科学城金凤学校

Project #1: Jinfeng School of Western China (Chongqing) Science City

问：用地中部的规划次干路道路标高，西侧道路交叉口标高为320.5米，东侧道路交叉口标高为326.16米。用地范围内现状标高340—330米，此处修路是要进行大面积挖方还是在丘陵内挖隧道？金凤学校用地周边道路的各路口控制点标高是否已确定，如有需求，是否可以依据设计在合理的范围内调整？规划道路竖向设计是否纳入概念方案一同考虑？

Q: For the planned secondary road at the middle, the west intersection elevation is 320.5 meters, and the east intersection elevation is 326.16 meters. The current elevation within the site is 340-330 meters. Is it going to excavate a large amount of earth or dig a tunnel in the hills for road construction here? Has the elevation at each intersection of roads around the site been determined? If necessary, can it be adjusted according to the design? Could the grading design of the planning road be considered together with the conceptual scheme?

答：目前道路设计方案为挖方，可根据学校设计方案的需要争取对道路设计协商调整。各路口控制点标高尽量不调整，但规划道路竖向设计可以纳入概念方案一起考虑。

A: The current design for the road is to excavate the hill. The road design could be negotiated to be adjusted according to the school design. It is suggested to try not to change the elevation of each intersection as far as possible. However the grading design of the planning road could be considered together with the conceptual scheme.

项目#2：西部（重庆）科学城含谷学校

Project #2: Hangu School of Western China (Chongqing) Science City

问：用地被义田路分为东西两块相对独立的用地，请明确是否对中学和小学以及幼儿园的布局有具体的指导倾向，比如说东侧布置小学，西侧布置中学。

Q: The site is divided into two relatively independent plots by Yitian Road. Please make clear whether there is specific tendency for the layout of high school, primary school and kindergarten.

答：暂定东侧布置中学，西侧布置小学、幼儿园，设计单位也可提出合理化的布局方案。

A: Tentatively as a suggestion, the junior and senior high school may be on the east side, the primary school and kindergarten may be on the west side. The design team can also propose a reasonable layout plan.

项目#3：重庆市八中科学城中学校（改扩建）

Project #3: Western China Science City School Affiliated to Chongqing No.8 Secondary School (Expansion)

问：可否将现存建筑全部拆除重建？任务书对原有建筑处理方式不做强制要求，但没有明确拆除与否。能否明确现有建筑可拆除范围，或将拆除作为设计自选项。

Q: Can the existing buildings be demolished and rebuilt? There are no mandatory requirements. Is it the designer’s option to be made regarding the existing buildings?

答：对用地范围内现状校园建筑，以提升（改建）为主，原则上不拆除。保留建筑可以根据设计需求决定处理方式。

A: In principle, the existing school buildings should be mainly improved (renovated), rather than demolished. The preserving and renovating strategies for existing buildings can be proposed by the design teams.

问：射击靶场放置在室外或楼顶对城市有一定的影响，有噪声或一定的安全隐患，能否把射击靶场放置在地下？

Q: If the shooting range is placed outdoor or on the roof, it will have a certain impact on the surrounding neighborhood, with noise or potential safety risks. Can we put the shooting range underground?

答：本项目取消设置射击运动场地，改为借助周边公共场地资源。

A: The school decided to cancel the shooting range and will use resources of surrounding public venues instead.

项目#4：西部（重庆）科学城含谷初中

Project #4: Hangu Junior High School of Western China (Chongqing) Science City

针对本项目功能配置和面积的相关补遗说明：

1. 可将400米环形跑道改为200—300米标准环形跑道（其中含不小于60米的直跑道），结合方案增加多样化的场地及设施。

2. 在各功能室配备齐全的情况下，可以降低活动课教室数量，建议配比按1:0.5设置，即活动教室为24间，建议不能低于20间，以满足日常的社团活动、常态测试的需要。

3. 食堂员工宿舍数量可改为30间。

4. 学校体育馆可以依据实际情况适度缩小规模。

Notes for the functional configuration and floor area of this project:

1. The 400-meter track can be changed to a 200-300 meter standard circular track (including no less than 60 meters straight track), and diversified sports fields can be added according to the design scheme.

2. In the case that all functions are fully equipped, the number of classroom for electives can be reduced. It is recommended that the ratio of common classroom to classroom for electives be set at 1:0.5, that is, 24 classrooms for electives, and no less than 20, so as to meet the needs of daily student activities and tests.

3. The number of dormitory for canteen staff can be changed to 30.

4. The gymnasium can be smaller according to the design scheme.
