Valerio Olgiati新作竣工：巴罗瓦兹公园C地块，立面上的红色方尖碑

这是Olgiati在巴塞尔建成的第一所建筑，具有“奇特的立面设计”。《巴斯勒日报》这样评价：“不同厚度的红色方尖碑形柱子是建筑的一大特点。”

虽然Olgiati的建筑被另外两栋建筑夹在中间，但红色的混凝土外立面还是足以吸引人们的注意。除了Baloise培训中心，这栋八层楼的建筑还设有保险集团的办公室，也为第三方租客提供了4200平方米的办公空间。下文为Valerio Olgiati关于此项目的介绍：

水平平板由房子形状的柱子支撑，这些混凝土柱子也形成了土石构架。建筑的中心被中庭点亮，四个巨大的支撑形成了建筑的基础。建筑的所有部分形成了一个不可分割的结构。

House-shaped columns carry horizontal slabs and form an earthy stone shelf, made of concrete. The center of the building is illuminated by an atrium. Four massive pillars form the building's foundation in it. All parts of the building form an indivisible structure.

地面层有一个由墙壁围成的门厅，它在外部不被发现。人们经由此处从街道走进室内，光纤从上方射入，带来了宁静的氛围。与此相反，门厅上方是外向开放的办公空间，水平方向上参考了其他楼层和周围区域。这里的一切都可以被完整地体验，在街道之上开放明亮的阳台上可以一起工作。

On the ground floor there is a foyer surrounded by walls. It is not visible from the outside. Here one enters the building from the street, the light comes from above and the atmosphere is calm. Above the foyer, as opposed to this, are extrovert open office spaces with horizontal references to the other floors and the surrounding area. Everything here can be experienced in its entirety and one works together on open and bright balconies over street level.
