中建钢构总部大厦位于深圳后海商务核心区，总建筑面积约5.7万平方米，地上34层，地下4层，建筑总高度165米。

The project is located in Houhai Headquarters Commercial Core Area, with the total Gross Floor Area of approximately 57,000 m2. The building has 34 floors above ground and 4 floors underground; with the total height of 165m.

立面暴露出钢结构杆件和连接节点自然形成建筑的装饰构件，结合通透的玻璃幕墙体系，使外观更具有科技感，运用建筑的语言体现出中建钢构的企业特点。

In order to correspond with the spirit of the corporate, the structural system of the China Construction Steel Structure Corporation (CCSSC) Headquarters has adopted a full steel frame structure. The architectural form has fully demonstrated the feature of steel structure: using its stress components as design elements and combining with glass curtain wall coverings – making the façade more exquisite, modern and with the technological vibe.

建筑的东、西立面两侧凸出的部分，根据节能要求设计了垂直外遮阳帘，形成半透金属幕墙，与中部通透的玻璃幕墙形成虚实对比，使建筑更显挺拔和庄重。

The exterior vertical shadings on the east and west side of the façade form an even translucent metal wall, which creates strong virtual-real contrast with the transparent glass curtain walls; letting the architecture sense come up as forceful.

在建筑顶部的出挑部分，分别设置了总部大堂及企业展示馆，出挑部分大尺度的玻璃幕墙使得空中大堂具有270度的景观视线，尽收远处海景与周边城市美景。

The overhanging part on top of the building is set as the headquarters’ lobby and exhibition hall; it also provides a 270-degree view for its transparent glass façade – giving people a nice and wide view to the ocean and the city when standing in the overhanging glass box.

建筑平面布局与方正的用地完全契合，塔楼平面呈工字形。办公空间主要布置在建筑南北两侧，布局紧凑。建筑沿竖向设置了三组开放的共享空间，既改善了办公环境，又为人们提供了交流空间。

The main building layout, with the shape of the Chinese Character of “工”, separates the main working space on the south and north sides. Two sides are connected by overhead bridges, making the function layout more efficient and more convenient for people to use. There are also three sets of public spaces vertically distributing in the middle of the building, for the purpose of working interactions, exhibitions, guest-meetings, and relaxations.

中建钢构总部大厦及钢构博物馆以BIM技术为依托，实现全专业、全过程协同工作，并将绿色建筑设计理念融入其中，使其成为一座实用高效、绿色生态、美观的建筑。中建钢构大厦是深圳首座绿建运营三星全钢结构建筑。

CCSSC Headquarters and Museum project has fully counted on the advanced BIM technique. It boosts the efficiency of every department in the field working together, at the same time, blending the idea of green architecture design in it; making the building become a practical, sustainable and beautiful architecture. While during the building process, the architecture had already gained the award of “LEED-CS Gold Certification Label (by USGBC)”; “National Green Building Design Label – 3 Star (by CNGB)”; and “Shenzhen Green Building Golden-level Design Label (by SGBA)”. The CCSSC Headquarters is the first three-star green building with whole steel structure in Shenzhen.
