招聘职位

建筑项目负责人 Architecture Project Leader

工作地点：上海、北京、深圳

Location: Shanghai & Beijing & Shenzhen

工作职责：

1. 独立领导设计/项目，包括概念、方案设计、扩初设计、细节、施工图控制、现场服务等；

2. 全面控制项目质量、进度、人力投入和效率；

3. 向建筑设计总监汇报。

Responsibilities：
1. Independently lead the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc.
2. Control of project quality, schedule, manpower input and efficiency.
3. Report to the architect design director.

岗位要求：

1. 建筑学本科及以上学历；

2. 至少5年以上在国际建筑设计事务所的相关大型公共建筑经验，文化、体育、教育、交通类优先；

3. 英语或德语流利，具有即时口语翻译及书面汇报能力；

4. 优秀的团队管理能力，熟练掌握专业软件、尤其INDD、Rhino，有良好的平面设计和色彩审美。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture;
2. At least 5 years of relevant large-scale public building experience in international architectural design firm, culture, sports, education, transportation are preferred;
3. Excellent professional English or German;
4. Excellent team management, Good command of professional software and tools, especially INDD, rhino, graphic design and color aesthetics.

建筑项目技术负责人 Architecture Project Technial Leader

工作地点：上海、北京、深圳

Location: Shanghai & Beijing & Shenzhen

工作职责：

1. 协助配合设计/项目，包括概念、方案设计、扩初设计、细节、施工图控制、现场服务等；为功能平面和总图主要负责人；

2. 完成从设计概念到落地施工的流程监督和控制；

3. 向建筑设计负责人汇报；

Responsibilities：
1. Independently lead the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc. mainly in charge of functional plan and general drawing
2. Supervise and control the process from design concept to construction.
3. Report to the architect project leader.

岗位要求：

1. 建筑学本科及以上学历；

2. 至少5年以上在大型设计院工作经验；3年以上项目管理经验；丰富的扩初或施工图经验；有文化、体育、教育、交通类项目经验者优先；

3. 英语或德语流利，具有即时口语翻译及书面汇报能力；

4. 优秀的团队管理能力，熟练掌握专业软件。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture;
2. At least 5 years working experience in large Design Institute, more than 3 years project management experience; Rich experience in preliminary expansion or construction drawing
3. Excellent professional English or German; culture, sports, education, transportation are preferred;
4. Excellent team management, Good command of professional software and tools.

建筑师 Architect

工作地点：上海、北京、深圳

Location: Shanghai & Beijing & Shenzhen

工作职责：

1. 配合承担设计/项目各环节，包括概念、方案设计、扩初设计、细节、施工图控制、现场服务等；有文化、体育、教育、交通类项目经验者优先；

2. 配合完成技术图纸，3D分析图和小渲染、各类分析图；

3. 向建筑项目负责人汇报。

Responsibilities：
1. Participate in the design/project, including concept, schematic design, development design, details, construction drawings control, site service, etc.; culture, sports, education, transportation are preferred;

2. Cooperate to complete technical drawings, 3D analysis drawings, small rendering and various analysis drawings
3. Report to Project Leader.

岗位要求：

1. 建筑学本科及以上学历；

2. 至少3年国际建筑事务所或本地设计院的相关工作经验，熟悉相关规范要求；

3. 英语或德语流利；

4. 熟练掌握专业软件，如CAD、Photoshop、SketchUp、Rhino、AI、INDD、enscape、lumion等，会Maya、3D优先。

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Architecture;
2. At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in major foreign architecture or local design Institute are required, familiar with design specification requirements;
3. Excellent professional English or German;
4. Good command of professional software and tools, such as CAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Rhino, AI.INDD, enscape, lumion, Maya, 3D priority.

资深景观设计师 Senior Landscape Architect

工作地点：上海

Location: Shanghai

工作职责：

1. 优秀的方案设计能力，承担过三个以上的方案设计项目经验；

2. 向设计总监汇报。

Responsibilities:

1. Excellentdesign ability，experience of more than 3 projects worked as the main landscape designer;

2. Report to designdirector.

岗位要求：

1. 景观设计本科及以上学历；

2. 3-5年在专业设计院或国际建筑事务所的相关工作经验；

3. 熟练掌握专业软件，如SketchUp、CAD、Photoshop、Indesign等，熟练掌握Rhino及Grasshopper者优先；

4. 英语或德语流利，具有即时口语翻译及书面汇报能力。

Qualifications：

2. 3-5 years of relevant work experience in major design institute/foreign design Ltd

品牌专员 PR Communications

工作地点：上海

Location: Shanghai

工作职责：

1. 根据公司传播的视觉标准，负责市场推广物料的制作；

2. 根据新项目进度与设计师保持交流并收集相关项目素材；

3. 参与公司项目档案数据库的更新；

4. 参与公司大事件及对内对外活动的组织协调工作；

5. 协助市场其他相关工作，如客户礼品、贺卡等。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the production of marketing materials according to HPP standards;

2. Keep communication with designers and work for the projects achieve;

3. Participate in updating the database of the company;

4. Participate in the organization and coordination of big events and activities internal and external;

5. Assist other marketing related work, such as gifts, greeting cards, etc.

岗位要求：

1. 本科或以上学历，有建筑学基础或设计类公司工作经验；

2. 具备良好的视觉审美能力；

3. 具备基本的英文书面和口头表达能力；

5. 积极主动，注重细节，致力于最终成果的输出；

4. 具备以下任何一个专项技能者优先录取：

– 具备较好的中英文写作和编辑能力；

– 熟练掌握多媒体剪辑软件；

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, artistic and design related background is preferred.

2. Excellent visual aesthetic ability.

3. Basic written and oral communication skills in English.
