中国建筑设计研究院建筑一院  是中国院孕育的注重落地与实践设计的创作团队，我们秉承本土设计理念，以文化建筑为载体，专注于以人为本的城市发展和更新。

As a creative team trained and developed by China Architecture Design & Research Group, Architecture Design & Research Inst. 1 are focused on practical designs and successful completion, adheres to the local design concept, and puts forth the effort toward the people-oriented urban development and renewal by taking the cultural architecture as a carrier.

建筑一院设有3个建筑设计所、1个城市设计研究中心和1个城市更新设计研究中心，包含建筑设计、城市设计、城乡规划、生态景观等各专业人才近百人。目前已落成和正在设计实施的项目60余项。

There are three architectural design institutes, one urban design research center, and one urban renewal design research center that are affiliated to Architecture Design & Research Inst. 1. And it is a collective of one hundred strong workforce comprising professionals in the fields of architectural design, urban design, urban and rural planning, and ecological landscape. At present, more than 60 projects have been completed and are being implemented.

建筑一院项目目前已获得国际奖项5项、国家级奖项20余项、省部级奖项30余项等。同时，建筑一院坚持以科技创新引领团队发展，关注科技研发，联合上下游企业、政府及高校，先后承担国家科技部“十三五”国家重点研发计划项目、住建部、北规委、雄安新区管委会等国家、省部级科研课题20余项。

Architecture Design & Research Inst. 1 has won five international awards, more than 20 national awards, and more than 30 provincial and ministerial awards up to now. At the same time, the Institute emphasizes on the technological innovation for the team's development, and pays close attention to the scientific and technological research and development. By cooperating with upstream and downstream enterprises, governments and universities, it has undertaken the national key research and development projects of the 13th Five-Year Plan of the Ministry of Science and Technology, as well as over 20 scientific research projects at the national, provincial and ministerial levels including Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources, and the Management Committee of Xiong'an New District.
