RSHP、ALA Concept与EGIS赢得了卡萨布兰卡穆罕默德五世机场新航站楼的设计竞赛。该项目计划于2029年投入使用，以迎接2030年FIFA世界杯的到来。

RSHP, ALA Concept and EGIS have won the competition to design the new terminal at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, scheduled to be operational by 2029 ahead of the 2030 FIFA World Cup.

摩洛哥国家机场管理局（ONDA）已启动卡萨布兰卡穆罕默德五世机场新航站楼的重大建设项目，初期年旅客吞吐量为2000万人次。项目计划于2029年投入使用，总投资达120亿迪拉姆（约226亿人民币）。该项目展现了摩洛哥在建筑与工程技术方面的雄心，也体现了其在本国及非洲航空基础设施领域面向未来的发展思路，目标是与全球最具标志性的机场项目相媲美。

The National Office of Airports (ONDA) has launched a major project for a new terminal at Mohammed V Airport in Casablanca, with an initial capacity of 20 million passengers per year. Scheduled to be operational by 2029, the project represents an investment of 12 billion Dirhams. This initiative showcases Morocco’s architectural and technical ambitions, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to infrastructure in both the Moroccan and African airport sectors that seeks to rival some of the most iconic airport projects worldwide.

该项目采用“H”形布局，以满足枢纽机场的运营需求，并符合国际标准下的转机时间、行李处理效率以及登机口使用等要求。同时，项目也将应对未来航空客流增长，并支持摩洛哥皇家航空的发展规划。

Designed in the shape of an "H," this ambitious project will meet the requirements for hub operation, adhering to international standards for connection times, baggage handling efficiency, and aircraft gate access. It will also cater to the anticipated growth in air traffic and support the development plans of Royal Air Maroc.

项目被构想为一个模块化系统，以实现基于构件的快速建造。起伏延展的屋顶形态唤起大西洋的波浪与流动，呼应卡萨布兰卡作为一座面向世界、位于多重大陆交汇处的海滨城市身份。其下方，黄褐色调的檐底以六边形图案为特征，并通过天窗点缀，呼应摩洛哥建筑中常见的bejmat与赤陶zellige马赛克工艺，这些正是该国南部省份的传统工艺。

Conceived as a modular system that seeks to facilitate rapid, component-based construction, the sweeping undulations of the roof evoke the waves and movement of the Atlantic, reflecting Casablanca’s identity as a coastal city open to the world, at the crossroads of continents. Beneath, an ochre-toned soffit articulated by a hexagonal motif and punctuated with rooflights references the bejmat and terracotta zellige of Moroccan architecture, the craftsmanship of the country’s southern provinces.

A key feature of the terminal is its integration with Morocco’s high-speed rail (LGV) network, linking Kenitra to Marrakech. This rail connection will enable swift and fluid access between the airport and major cities across the country and designed to enhance multimodal connectivity. This high-speed link will not only reduce travel times between Casablanca and key urban centres but also improve accessibility for both domestic and international passengers.

航站楼配套基础设施还包括一条长3700米、宽45米的新建平行跑道，以及相应的滑行道与航空保障系统、机位停机坪，以及一座先进的控制塔。

The terminal’s broader infrastructure will include a new 3,700-meter by 45-meter parallel runway, with associated taxiways and aviation support systems, aircraft parking stands, and a state-of-the-art control tower.

航站楼共设三层，将为旅客带来焕然一新的体验，强调舒适性、效率与热情好客。主要空间包括大型绿色中庭、灵活的商业零售区、宽敞的免税区、贵宾休息室，以及高端机场酒店，均可俯瞰广阔的停机坪景观。

Spanning three main levels, the terminal will deliver a completely reimagined passenger experience—prioritizing comfort, efficiency and hospitality. Highlights include large green oases, dynamic retail zones, an expansive Duty-Free area, VIP lounges, and a premium airport hotel—all offering sweeping views of the airfield.

由摩洛哥两大承包商SGTM与TGCC牵头组成的联合体已于2026年1月获得该航站楼的建设合同。项目场地的前期准备工作（包括场地平整与土方开挖）已于2025年7月启动，目前已全部完成。航站楼一期预计将于2029年交付。

A joint venture led by Morocco’s two largest contractors SGTM and TGCC were awarded the contract to deliver the Terminal in January 2026. Preparatory work on the site (levelling and excavation) started in July 2025 and is now complete. Handover of the first phase of the terminal is targeted in 2029.
