一间“羊肚子”里的咖啡馆：Blacksheep Espresso / Mur Mur Lab

Blacksheep Espresso是上海卢湾区口味排名第一的咖啡。某天，老板娘Kitty找到慕蓉，希望Mur Mur Lab为黑羊做一个改造。

Blacksheep Espresso is the TOP 1 coffee brand in Shanghai Luwan District. Someday, the owner, Kitty approached to Samoon. She hoped that Mur Mur Lab can renovate the little space of Blacksheep.

不同于大部分街边商业空间开敞的状态，黑羊带着一种抵抗的姿态面对街道。镜面不锈钢反射城市的日夜斑斓，而内部的一切都被仔细隐藏。就像黑羊的释义，特立独行，独立自我。

On contrary to most commercial neighborhood, Blacksheep choose to have a rather closed facade instead of the common openness. Mirrored stainless steel facade reflect the colorfulness of day and night of the city, while all the interior space is well-hided inside. Just like the definition of Blacksheep, independent and distinguished.

咖啡

咖啡一直是黑羊的内核，就如建筑学是我们的内核。为了保证生豆的出品质量，黑羊深入非洲农庄获取一手豆源，并以豆子产地的农场名命名豆子。

Coffee is the core of Blacksheep, like Architecture is the core of Mur Mur Lab. In order to guarantee the quality of coffee beans, Blacksheep directly get in touch with the supplier in Africa, and name their coffee beans after the origins.

所以，即便是30平方米的街边小店，留给咖啡制作的区域也必须很充分。它首先是一个属于咖啡的场所，其次才是人。我们将冲泡咖啡的部分聚集成为空间的内核——咖啡“盒”。它是一个包括意式浓缩，手冲，虹吸三种咖啡冲泡工艺的操作区域，兼做一个展示和售卖的吧台。

Therefore, the space for coffee making is quite big, even it is just a 30㎡ place. Coffee is in the first place, and then people. We put everything that related to coffee into the core of the space -- Coffee Box. It contains the function of coffee making, display and cashier.

咖啡“盒”的内与外，构成了这个30平方米小店的二分空间。也为未来埋下了一颗小豆子。

The inside and the outside of the coffee box altogether built up this little shop of 30㎡. And also we buried a coffee bean for the future.

亲切、亲密

空间本身很小，设计也不想将它变大。顺应这样的感知，我们希望创造一种内向庇护感，身体和精神自在的放松感。

The space itself is quite small, and we don’t want to design it big. Following this intuition, we hope to create a feeling of intrinsic protection, a relaxation of both body and spirit.

微妙的曲线交错倾斜，轻轻包裹人的身体。它们在流线的端点汇聚成为一个向心穹窿，变成一个秘密的“雪屋”。光流似水，顺着曲线流淌，雕刻出空间最美的形态。在这里，我们创造一处极小又不失亲密的空间。墙壁就像一件衣服，紧紧地贴着你的身体，但你从不会觉得它拥挤。

Subtle curves intersect each other, gently embracing the whole space. They converged into a dome, which is named as the secret snow house. Light flows down along the curves, like water, rendering the most beautiful form of this space. Here, we created a minimal space that don’t forsake intimacy. The wall is like a piece of clothes. You won’t feel squeezed, but very cozy.

对话

方案在推进过程中产生了许许多多有趣的对话。它们无关高深的理论，充满真实的欲望，正是它们最终决定了空间的样子。

There are many interesting conversation happened during the process. They have nothing to do with theories. They are all about real desire, which determined what the space’s ultimate look.

问黑羊：能否给Blacksheep的立面做一只“羊”？

最后，这个有些可爱的想法未能实现。但当你走进这个弧度满满的空间时，没准你能摸到一只羊，也是Mur Mur建筑学的黑羊。

Dialog 1:

Ask Blacksheep Espresso, can we design a sheep for the facade？

Ultimately, this cute idea didn’t realize. However, when you walked into this space that full of intimate curves, you may possibly catch an invisible sheep, which is also the Blacksheep of Mur Mur’s spirit of Architecture.

问Mur Mur：做个雪屋干嘛呀？

Mur Mur ：这是给你们做的隐藏的打卡区呀。如果一个人静静在里面待上一会，没准有自拍的欲望。

Dialog 2:

Ask Mur Mur: why do you design a snow house?

Mur Mur: This is a spot for photos. If you sit there for some moments, you might have an impulse to take a selfie.
