Key Addendum One: Tendering Schedule Adjustment

1. 由于本项目国际招标资格预审公告周期中包含多个节假日，为使各资格预审申请人有充足的时间对资格预审文件的理解与编制，现将公告时间调整如下：

公告质疑截止时间延期至北京时间2019年1月11日17:00前；

答疑截止时间延期至北京时间2019年1月15日17:00前；

递交资格预审申请文件截止时间至北京时间2019年2月15日17:00前。

注：2019年2月4日—2月10日为中国法定节假日。

1. Due multiple holidays included in the pre-qualification application period of international tender for this project, the tender schedule is adjusted as follows in order to allow sufficient time for applicants to carefully understand pre-qualification requirements and prepare application documents:

Query deadline extended to January 11, 2019, 17:00 GMT+8;

Clarification, Amendment and Answering Period Deadline extended to January 15, 2019, 17:00 GMT+8.

Pre-qualification application submission deadline will be February 15, 2019, 17:00 GMT+8.

Note: February 4th to 10th, 2019 is legal holidays in China.

资格预审申请材料除现场递交之外，还可采取快递寄送的方式提交。现场递交与快递的地址均为：
