Pre-Qualification Result Announcement:
International Competition for Urban Design and Architectural Concept Design of Shenzhen Antuo Hill Museums

深圳安托山博物馆群城市设计及建筑概念设计国际竞赛资格预审会于2021年5月21日在有方空间502会议室举行。资格预审评委会由专家6人（何健翔、华黎、刘晓都、魏春雨、徐坚、朱荣远）、甲方代表1人（尹南）组成。评委会推举朱荣远为评审组长。

The pre-qualification review meeting of International Competition for Urban Design and Architectural Concept Design of Shenzhen Antuo Hill Museums was held on May 21st, 2021 at POSITION502. The Pre-qualification Committee consists of 6 professional juries (HE Jianxiang, HUA Li, LIU Xiaodu, WEI Chunyu, XU Jian, ZHU Rongyuan), and 1 organizer representative (YIN Nan). Mr. ZHU Rongyuan was elected as the jury principal.

竞赛共收到61家参赛团队提交的报名材料，评委会成员对其中60家有效的报名材料进行了审阅及深入的讨论，采用记名投票的方式，经过五轮共9次投票，评选出5个（无排序）入围参赛团队和2个有排序的备选团队。

A total of 61 applications were received, and the committee carefully reviewed 60 valid applications. After in-depth discussion and five rounds - nine times of voting, the committee determined 5 shortlisted teams (without ranking) and 2 alternative teams (with ranking).

评审前，专家集中前往安托山博物馆群项目基地进行现场踏勘，充分了解基地情况，随后进入正式的评审环节。

The juries visited the site for Antuo Hill Museums together, to fully understand the project context, and then started the formal review meeting.

The committee issued following review comments after careful evaluation:

本次竞赛组织工作严谨，提交的成果丰富多样，从多个维度探讨了安托山博物馆群的设计理念，为下一阶段工作的开展创造了有利条件。

The competition was organized rigidly. The submitted applications were very rich and varied, presenting design exploration from multiple dimensions, which created favorable conditions for the next stage of work.

1. 入围方案类型多样，对博物馆的内涵进行了多种探索；

1. The shortlisted proposals presented diverse types, and the connotation of the museums has been explored in various ways;

2. 入围方案对环境修复做了积极的回应，也对博物馆群的构成形态进行了多种尝试；

2. The shortlisted proposals have made a positive response to the environmental restoration, and also made a variety of attempts on the composition of the museum group;

3. 下一步应对安托山博物馆群的功能定位、组群关系，结合运维进行定性和定量的研究，作为下一步深化设计的依据；

3. The next step is to conduct qualitative and quantitative research on the function and group relationship of Antuo Hill Museums, combined with operation and maintenance, which will serve as the basis for further design work;

4. 下一步应结合环境，结合“群”的形态分析，对整体性与多样性的关系，进行更深入的研究。

4. Further research on the relationship between integrity and diversity should be carried out，in combination with the site environment and the morphological analysis of "groups".

深圳安托山博物馆群城市设计及建筑概念设计国际竞赛自2021年4月15日发布竞赛公告，至2021年5月12日资格预审报名截止，共收到61个参赛团队的报名材料。其中联合体参赛团队有46个，独立参赛人有15个；共涉及152家公司。

Since its open call was released on April 15th, 2021, the International Competition for Urban Design and Architectural Concept Design of Shenzhen Antuo Hill Museums received 61 applications up until May 12th. There are 46 joint group applicants, and 15 independent applicants. There are 152 companies in total.

报名所涉中国公司（含港澳台地区）共98家；国外公司54家，涉及除中国以外的国家共计14个，包括美国、法国、荷兰、加拿大、日本、德国、澳大利亚、丹麦、英国、西班牙、意大利、芬兰、奥地利、阿联酋。

98 Chinese companies and 54 foreign companies participated in the open call stage. Other than China, application companies are from 14 other countries, including United States, France, Netherlands, Canada, Japan, Germany, Australia, Denmark, United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Finland, Austria and UAE.

深圳安托山博物馆群项目，选址于深圳福田区和南山区交界处的安托山地区内，紧邻安托山自然艺术公园。项目位于深圳双中心（前海中心和福田—罗湖中心）之间的核心位置，北靠塘朗山郊野公园，南望深圳湾，是“竹子林山海连廊”的中转站、城市轴线的“交叉口”，也是自然格局与城市空间的连接点。

SAHM is located in the Antuo Hill Area, at the junction of Futian District and Nanshan District in Shenzhen, right next to ANAH. The project is situated between the two city centers of Shenzhen (Qianhai Center and Futian-Luohu Center), backing to Tanglangshan Country Park on the north and looking out to Shenzhen Bay to the south. The area is not only the transitional node of the "Zhuzilin Mountain-Sea Corridor" and the "intersection" of city axis, but also the interface between natural and urban spaces.

如何借由深圳安托山博物馆群项目，把安托山地理位置的重要性转化为其强大的文化吸引力，通过策划定位、功能布局和运营策略为片区注入活力，是本项目的设计重点。

The design focus of this project is to translate the importance of location into its cultural attraction and revitalize this area through positioning, functional layout and operational strategies.

本项目采用“公开征集”的方式，分为资格预审阶段、城市设计及建筑简案阶段、建筑概念设计阶段。在城市设计及建筑简案阶段，5个入围参赛团队将递交城市设计及建筑简案阶段方案，评审委员会对参赛方案进行评审，评选出3个无排序的城市设计及建筑简案阶段入围团队。

The competition adopts the method of "open solicitation", divided into Pre-qualification Phase, Urban Design Phase and Architectural Concept Design Phase. In the Urban Design Phase, the five shortlisted design teams shall submit urban design schemes. A Scheme Review Committee will be established to evaluate the design schemes and select three finalists (without ranking) to enter Architectural Concept Design Phase.
