Hu Yue Studio was established in 2004 as one of the earliest independent studios under Beijing Institute of Architectural Design (BIAD), with the strategic goal of providing first-class architectural design, which also helps define the team’s spirit. Under the leadership of national architectural design master Hu Yue, the studio brings together a young design team with a strong ability of innovation and project implementation. Since establishment, Hu Yue Studio has designed for many types of architectural projects, including office buildings, sports facilities, performance centers, cultural buildings, super high-rise complexes, commercial buildings, hotels, residences and old building renovation projects. In recent years, the studio has paid special attention to architectural design theories and the application of new materials in its daily practice, as well as urban design and protection of old city areas.
