Regarding the International Competition for Conceptual Planning and Design of Sanya Dadonghai Urban Renewal, the addendum and Q&A of the announcements and the related documents are as follows. For contents that are not mentioned in the former documents or inconsistent with this addendum and Q&A, this addendum and Q&A shall prevail. The Chinese version shall prevail.

现发布资格预审阶段《设计任务书》中英文对照PDF版本。

The bilingual (English–Chinese) PDF version of the Design Brief for the pre-qualification phase is hereby released.

黄色高亮为中文修订；其余中文内容与已发布的资格预审阶段《设计任务书》一致，仅用于提供英文翻译参考。文件内容以最新发布的PDF文件中的中文版本为准。

Please see the yellow highlight for the modification on the Chinese contents. The rest of the contents are identical to that of the previously released Design Brief for the pre-qualification phase. The document is provided for English translation reference. In case of any inconsistency, the Chinese version contained in the latest released PDF shall prevail.

Based on careful assessment of the impact of the Chinese New Year public holiday, and in order to allow design teams to have adequate time to understand the project’s design contents and submit well-prepared application documents, the important deadlines in the competition schedule are now adjusted as follows:
