JSPA Design is a French architectural, interior, landscape and products design Studio founded in 2009. Our work, mainly in China but also more widely in Asia and Europe, covers a large range of projects, from hospitality to cultural, residential or office spaces. Using a contemporary design approach freed of the idea of style, we focus on the exploration of architectural expression to create projects that deeply belong to their sites.

Concerned by the quality of their realizations, JSPA’s team is handling projects from concept design to construction documentation and also site supervising and is now seeking for architects, interior designers, landscape architects and furniture designers to join Beijing Nanluoguxiang office of JSPA Design.

建筑师 Architect

职位描述：在公司领导的指导下，负责从概念设计到施工图绘制的设计全过程，并有能力进行项目现场的监督工作。

Job Description: Under the guidance of the company's leaders, handling the whole design process from concept design to construction drawings including site supervising.

任职要求：

1. 建筑学硕士及以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上的相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉中国有关建筑设计规范，了解施工工艺，具有与项目各方沟通的能力；

4. 具有优秀的绘图技巧和熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp 、Photoshop、V-Ray、InDesign软件的能力；

5. 具有谦虚积极的工作态度，责任心强，工作勤奋，敬业，脚踏实地，具有良好的团队精神。能承担具有挑战性的工作;

6. 有较强的独立完成能力，善于沟通协调。

Requirements:

1.Master degree in architecture or above;

2.Minimum 3 years relevant experience

3.Familiar with relevant Chinese building design regulations, understand the construction process, and have the ability to communicate with all the parties of the project.

4. Have excellent drawing skills and be proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, V-Ray, InDesign.

5. Humble and positive working attitude. Strong sense of responsibility, hard work, dedication, down to earth, and have good team spirit. undertake challenging work.

6.Have strong ability to complete tasks independently and be good at communication and coordination.

室内设计师 Interior Designer

Job Description: Under the guidance of partners and senior designers, handling the whole design process from concept design to construction drawings including site supervising. (Residential, hotel, restaurant, office and museum interior design)

任职要求：

1. 室内设计、环境艺术、建筑学或相关专业，本科及以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上的相关工作经验；

3. 具备良好的艺术和建筑审美，熟悉施工工艺及室内装饰材料；

4. 具备优秀的方案创作能力及深化施工图绘制能力；

5. 具有优秀的理解能力和执行力，把控设计质量，跟踪设计进度；

6. 能负责施工现场协调，且能有效配合材料供应商及其他相关专业公司；

7. 优秀的绘图技巧和熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp、Photoshop、InDesign的能力；

8. 良好的职业素质和团队合作分享精神，较强的语言表达能力。

Requirements:

Job Description: Under the guidance of partners and senior designers, working on landscape concept design, and be able to independently undertake all aspects of the projects.

任职要求：

1. 景观设计、景观建筑或环境艺术相关专业本科及以上学历；

2. 具有1—5年以上的相关工作经验；

3. 极简主义的设计理念和干净整洁的汇报展示；

4. 熟悉中国有关景观设计规范，了解不同地区的气候类植物和树木，有能力与项目各方进行沟通；

5. 具有优秀的绘图技巧和熟练使用AutoCAD、SketchUp 、Lumion、Photoshop、V-Ray、InDesign软件的能力；

6. 具有谦虚积极的工作态度，责任心强，工作勤奋，敬业，脚踏实地，具有良好的团队精神。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above in landscape design, landscape architecture or environmental art;

2. Have 1-5 years of relevant work experience;

3. Minimalist design concept, clean and tidy drawings and presentation.

4.Familiar with relevant Chinese Landscape design regulations, understand the different regions climates plants and trees, and have the ability to communicate with all the parties of the project.

5. Have excellent drawing skills and be proficient in using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Photoshop, V-Ray, InDesign.

6. Humble and positive working attitude. Strong sense of responsibility, hard work, dedication, down to earth, and have good team spirit.

家具设计师 Furniture Designer

1. 在校主修工业或家具设计专业；

2. 有将传统材料以现代方式呈现的能力；

3. 具有较强的职业道德，在工作中注重细节；

5. 具有设计极简风格家具的能力且了解家具制造业；

6. 熟练使用以下软件：SketchUp、Solidworks、ProE、AutoCAD、Rhino、InDesign、PS等；

7. 具有良好的审美和判断能力，熟悉材料和生产工艺；

8. 具有较强的沟通能力。

Requirements:

1. Strong ability for minimalistic industrial and furniture design;

2. Ability to manipulate traditional materials and to reinterpret in a modern way;

5. Major or with design education in Industrial or Furniture design field;
