The Industrial Park Research Center is an international, integrated and interdisciplinary team composed of highly experienced senior designers and elite graduates from accredited schools. We are interested in the complexity in architecture from an urban perspective.

We are committed to creating every project, architecture or urban planning, a unique piece of original work, building a comprehensive practice-research team with multi perspectives that includes urban renewal, industry regeneration, rural renovation, etc., especially in the realm of science park and industrial park where we had an early and deep study, accomplished a number of works. Our projects are far beyond simple urban planning or architectural designs, diving deep into its relevant research and integrating the park background, industrial logic, economic principles and project operations. We insist on the consistency and implementation from project planning phase till construction, focusing on “creatively organizing industrial resources”, creating a great “value leap forward” for every piece of work, as the occurrence of what we call “urban fusion”, along with the academic research.

项目负责人 Project Manager

1-2名

岗位职责：

1. 项目的整体设计把控及对客户的汇报工作；

2. 独立领导项目团队工作，并确保设计成果的质量，并指导设计师的工作分配，进行整体控制设计进度；

3. 组织图纸会审和设计交底工作，施工配合中解决图纸与施工现场存在的技术问题，提出专业处理意见。

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for managing on-going projects and presenting to clients.

2. Capable of leading design teams independently, guaranteeing design qualities, assigning design tasks and controlling the time schedule.

3. Responsible for organizing drawing examination and delivering the design. Capable of providing professional advice and resolving technical problems during construction.

应聘条件：

1. 建筑学专业背景本科及以上学历毕业，知名院校及海外留学者优先；

2. 五年以上相关工作经验，并独立或带领团队完成过大中型项目优先；

3. 具备优秀的领导能力、协调能力、创新能力，职业素养和团队合作精神；

4. 具备优秀的专业设计能力，专业施工图设计能力。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture. Graduates from accredited schools or with overseas’ studying experience are preferred.
2. 5+ years’ working experience. Candidates with experience in leading a team or accomplishing independently in large and medium-size projects are preferred.
3. Excellent in leadership, communication, innovation ability, professional quality and teamwork.
4. Excellent in schematic design and construction drawing design.

项目主创设计师 Associate Design Director

1-2名

岗位职责：

1. 具备优秀的创新意识和方案设计能力，根据业主要求，完成建筑单体方案或规划设计方案的构思和深化；

2. 领导项目组完成建筑群体的设计并确保设计成果的质量，并对整体设计进度控制；

3. 具有一定的组织协调和项目管控能力，能与甲方的沟通、汇报工作。

Responsibilities:
1. Have excellent innovation awareness and design ability, be able to deepen and coplete architecture project or masterplan according to the requirements of the owner.
2. Leading the project team to complete the design of building block, ensuring the quality of the results and controling the overall design progress.
3. Having certain coordination and project control ability, could be able to communicate with the owner and presentation.

应聘条件：

1. 建筑学专业背景研究生及以上学历毕业，知名院校及海外留学者优先；

2. 有一定的规划及建筑方案设计工作经验，具备大型项目的综合设计能力；

3. 思维活跃、创意丰富，具备出色的方案构思、表达和手绘能力；

4. 三年以上相关工作经验，并独立或带领团队完成过大中型项目优先。

Requirements:

1. Graduate degree or above in architecture, preferred by well-known institutions and overseas students.

2. Good all-round experience from architecture and planning design, having comprehensive design ability of large-scale project.

3. Staying active and creative, having developed ability of project design, expression and hand-drawning.

4. More than three years of relevant work experience, preferred with applicants who could complet large and medium-sized projects independently or with team members.

建筑设计师 Architect

3-4名

岗位职责：

1. 有较强的创造力与项目落实力，能独立完成建筑设计或城市设计任务，且恰当表达设计概念；

2. 沟通能力较强，完成团队内部沟通协调等合作问题。

Responsibilities:

1. Good at creating and ensuring projects completed as designed. Capable of completing architectural and urban design tasks independently and representing design concepts.

2. Good at communication, ensuring efficient teamwork and coordination.

应聘条件：

1. 建筑学专业背景本科及以上学历毕业，知名院校及海外留学者优先；

2. 有良好的学习态度、沟通能力、严谨的工作态度和团队合作意识；

3. 有2年及以上工作经历，有一定的方案设计能力；

4. 熟练运用CAD、Photoshop、InDesign、SketchUp、V-ray、Lumion、Rhino、Grasshopper、BIM等建筑设计和制图软件；

5. 具有良好的职业道德素质、高度敬业精神和团队合作精神；

6. 熟练运用英语者优先。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Architecture. Graduates from accredited schools or with overseas’ studying experience are preferred.
2. Good learning attitude, communication skills, strict working attitude, and teamwork skills.
3. 2+ years’ working experience, good at schematic design.
4. Proficient in common design software, e.g., CAD, Photoshop，InDesign，Sketchup，V-ray，Lumion， Rhino，Grasshopper，BIM, etc.
5. Good professional quality, highly committed and teamwork.
6. Candidates excellent in English are preferred.
