项目建筑师/团队领导

Project Architect/Team Leader

全职，2-3人

Full-time Positions

职责：

1. 领导/管理项目团队（内部团队与外部顾问团队）创造性地对设计理念进行深化，以确保设计的完整性，同时满足项目进度与预算的要求；

2. 领导内部团队使用BIM(Revit) 完成从概念设计到招标/施工图不同阶段的图纸制作；

3. 在项目的全周期准备与维护待解决与决策的问题清单；

4. 与业主、承包商及供应商协调，管理材料选择、视觉样板模型审核、招标面试以及施工阶段的施工管理；

5. 业主协调与管理。

要求：

1. 建筑学本科或硕士学位，5-10年在超高层或综合体项目上的规划、深化以及图纸制作与团队领导经验，须证明曾全程独立领导团队完成一个或以上的已完工中国境内超高层或大型综合体项目；

2. 扎实的电脑技能，熟练使用Revit与Adobe CS；

3. 使用BIM (Revit)完成全套方案至扩初/施工图图纸的项目经验；

Responsibilities

1. Lead the project team (both internal and external consultant teams) to creatively advance and execute the design concept to ensure the design integrity while meeting the project schedule and budget requirements.

2. Lead internal team to deliver drawing documentation package in BIM (Revit) at different phases, from concept phase through tender/construction documentation phases.

3. Maintain running log of issues to be resolved and decisions throughout the life span of a project.

4. Coordinate with clients, contractors and suppliers to manage material selection, mock-up inspection, tender interview and administration during construction phase.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, with 5-10 years prior experience of leading a team planning, detailing, and documentation of tall buildings or similarly complex projects. Candidate needs to demonstrate that he/she had previously led minimum one projects at similar scale throughout all phases till completion.

2. Strong computer skills, fluent in Revit, and Adobe CS.

3. Prior experience in delivering complete set of drawings from SD to Tender/CD phase in BIM (Revit).
