Studio Founder Daniel Statham has worked with internationally celebrated architects, engineer, designer, artist, musician and event planner in the past and current. His passion and curiosity have guided the team to break the borders, build the connection among different areas, which makes each project a special, empathetic journey.

Candidate will deeply be involved in the overall project deliverables, acting as key design member to communicate design idea, develop the design, and coordinate with the team.

4. 国际视野的审美和设计水准，施工及材料相关专业知识，明确精准的沟通方式；能够搜集并整合设计概念、材料及产品相关的信息，用准确、全面、引人入胜的方式传达设计理念和成果；

5. 室内设计布局和细节方面的工作知识，熟知当前市场材料及硬装软装趋势，同时对设计施工及行业规范标准有深入了解；

4.Combine strong aesthetic design sensitivity with sound technical and materials knowledge, and are a clear communicator. You are able to compile thorough research packages for concepts, materials and products, and are able to articulate your ideas and results precisely, comprehensibly, and in a graphically engaging way.
5.Have working knowledge of interior design layouts and detailing, excel in current materials and FFE trends, and demonstrate clear understanding of common practice and industry standards and codes.
6.Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, enjoy contributing to your team, are flexible and able to set priorities in order to deliver accurately and on time.
7.Are highly skilled in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CS, ideally with a working knowledge of Maya.

ARCHITECT INTERN

我们希望您具备：

1. 建筑或相关专业硕士在读；

2. 较强的设计敏感度；

3. 绘制方案图纸的设计经验；

4. 熟练使用设计软件的能力，如Revit、AutoCAD、Rhino、Adobe Suit等；

5. 具备优秀的时间管理、团队协作及沟通能力，能够适应快速的工作节奏；

6. 能够在双语（中英）环境工作的候选人优先；

7. 具有建筑设计公司工作经验的候选人优先。

We Hope you:
1.Are a second year of Master’s Degree in Architecture, or higher;
2.Possess a strong design sensibility;
3.Are experienced with producing schematic design drawing sets;
4.Are highly-skilled in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe suit etc;
5.Are highly organized and efficient with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines with a positive attitude;
6.Fluency in business-level Chinese and English is preferred.
7.Previous experience working in an architecture office is preferred.
