Shenzhen General Institute of Architectural Design and Research Co., Ltd. (SZAD) has been founded 38 years, and was ranked top 5 LDI in terms of company scale, awarded projects and competitive strength for many years. With an Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, provincial and civic design masters, senior engineer in its team, SZAD is the leading force of LDI and has projects history all over the world.

“国际创作中心”是深总院为繁荣建筑创作实施的最新举措，旨在引进多元设计思想，打造国际化团队、提升方案设计质量，参与重大项目设计。国际创作中心由院内的设计大师和总建筑师等成立的“总师指导团”亲自带领，参与指导重要项目、包括国际竞赛和国际合作项目的设计，形成总院具有综合竞争力的优秀设计平台。

International Creative Design Center is the latest endeavor to flourish architectural design, aiming to bring various design concepts, enrolling international team, initiating better project designs. International Creative Design Center was leaded by design masters and the chef architect and under the guidance of the chef architect team, launching and supervising projects from SZAD key projects including international design competition and cooperation to develop SZAD competitive service platform.

招聘职位 Job Vacancies

设计总监 Design Director

2名  中、外籍各1名

岗位职责Responsibilities：

1. 提供有创意的建筑设计理念；

2. 带领团队完成全过程项目，并提供客户支持及咨询；

3. 监督和指导建筑师的设计工作；

4. 具有协调全专业工作的协调能力。

1. Provide creative architectural concepts;

2. Lead the team to complete the whole process of the project, and provide customer support and consultation;

3. Supervise and guide the works of the architects;

4. Coordinate with related diciplines departments.

任职资格Requirements：

1. 建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 对实现城市功能的运行机制和建筑的公共性有充分理解；

3. 至少8-10年建筑设计工作经验并有丰富的国际项目经验；

4. 设计有创意并具有手绘草图技能；能独立带领团队完成设计项目方案全过程，并指导后期施工图及现场督导；

5. 具有丰富设计经验及业绩，能够从城市发展的角度推进建筑设计过程；

6. 良好的职业操守与团队合作精神，优秀的沟通技巧、语言表达能力和理解能力；能够响应高强度、快节奏的设计工作；

7. 具有在知名设计事务所或大型设计机构的工作经验，流利的英语口语和书写；

8. 熟练掌握设计软件。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major;

2. Full understanding of urban and architecture mechanism; 

3. 8-10 years of work experience preferably in international projects. Experience in a well-known design studio or large design agency is required;

4. Creative design and sketching skills. Independently lead the team to complete the whole process of schematic design, construction design and on-site supervision;

5. Rich experience and achievements in design industry. Able to seearchitectural design from the perspective of urban development;

6. Good work ethics and team spirit. Excellent communication and comprehension skills. Able to cope withfastpaced work environment;

7. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, Sketch up, Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and other design software;

8. Fluent in both spoken and written English.

资深设计师 Architects

4名  中、外籍各2名

任职资格Requirements：

1. 建筑学或相关专业本科以上学历，有海外留学背景者优先；

2. 6年以上工作经验，有境外设计事务所工作经历者、有国际项目工作经验者优先；

3. 有扎实的设计基本功，设计想法新颖有创意；具有独立表达设计思路的能力；

4. 良好的职业操守与团队合作精神，良好的沟通技巧、语言表达能力以及理解能力；能响应高强度、快节奏的设计工作；

5. 熟练掌握AutoCAD、Revit、Photoshop、Rhino、SketchUp、Illustrator和InDesign等设计软件；

6. 流利的英语口语和书写。

2. 6 years of relevant work experience. Experience in overseas studio and projects is preferred;

3. Creative and solid design skills; able to independently propose design concept;

5. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and other design software;

项目主管 Project Superviser

岗位职责Responsibilities：

1. 负责中心各部门协调、知识库建设、学术交流、活动组织等工作；

2. 负责项目资源统筹、设计协同对接、市场商务拓展等工作；

3. 完成其他综合事务及领导交办的相关工作，保障中心日常工作有序运行。

1. Responsible for administration work including coordinating with other departments, building knowledge base, organizing academic exchanges and other activities;

2. Responsible for project resource management, dicipline coordination and business development etc;

3. Complete other works assigned. Ensure the orderly operation of the center’s daily work.

任职资格Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历，5-8年及以上建筑行业等相关岗位工作经验；

2. 熟悉建筑设计流程等相关知识，具有较强的对外商务及沟通协调能力；

3. 英语听说流利，具备和外籍设计师的直接沟通能力；

4. 有设计院项目管理或商务运营工作经验者优先；

5. 熟练掌握办公软件及基础设计软件。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major; 5-8 years related work experience in architecture design field;

2. Familiar with architectural design process and other relevant knowledge, with strong business , communication and coordination skills;

3. Fluent in both spoken and written English; able to communicate  directly with foreign designers;

4. Experience in project management or business operation of design institute is preferred;

5. Good command of office software and basic design software.

项目助理 Project Coordinator

岗位职责Responsibilities：

1. 负责协助完成市场推广、商务洽谈、商务文件收集整理等工作；

2. 负责完成各类招投标文件编制、项目合同签订、款项催收、经营数据统计等工作；

3. 完成其他领导交办的相关工作。

1. Responsible for assisting in the completion of marketing, business negotiation, business document collection and arrangement, etc;

2. Responsible for completing the preparation of various bidding documents, project contract signing, payment collection, business data statistics;

3. Complete other works assigned. 

任职资格Requirements：

1. 本科及以上学历，3年及以上建筑行业等相关岗位工作经验，有留学或境外事务所工作经验者优先；

2. 有设计院、事务所等机构的项目管理或商务运营工作经验，对建筑设计流程等相关知识有基本了解，具有良好的服务意识和沟通能力，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神，工作认真细致，执行力强；

3. 英语听说流利，具备和外籍设计师的直接沟通能力；

4. 熟练掌握办公软件及基础设计软件。
