SOCIAL MEDIA OPERATIONS AND BUSINESS SPECIALIST

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking a social media operations and business specialist, this position will be involved in Fuksas' media communication and business development in China, will follow up and disseminate the status of Fuksas' global projects. The work includes contacting Fuksas offices across the world, sorting out periodic media and business documents, contacting with external media and publicity channels, etc. Suitable for those with long-term career development plans in business and media of architectural field.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
– Maintain and update project status and media materials of all offices
– Maintain and update company portfolio, promotional documents, etc.
– Engage with media, lectures, exhibitions and publication requests, etc.
– Media content, presentations (copywriting, pictures, multimedia) and other content production
– Award application
– Check competition/bidding information, participate in the production of bidding commercial documents, etc.
– Business reception, meeting arrangements, etc
日常职责：

Qualifications:
– At least one year of work experience in related field
– Be organized, able to complete specific tasks independently, pay attention to details and have long-term plans for career development
– Degree in architecture/urban planning, design, communications/marketing or related field
– Good aesthetics, text and graphics working ability and proactive communication skills
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (mainly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop) is preferred
– Candidates with video production/editing skills and proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro are preferred
– Good verbal and written communication skills in English

We are seeking Junior Architects to work on our projects all over China. He / She will support the Project Architects being involved in the design phase for a several ranges of projects, including competitions and projects under development.

Qualifications:
– Master Degree in Architecture
– 1-3 years of working experience
– International background and / or international working experience is highly preferred for Chinese candidates, while working or study experience in China is highly preferred for foreign candidates
– Highly proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Adobe Suite
– Grasshopper would be beneficial
– Fluent English is required, both written and spoken

建筑实习生，2人

ARCHITECTURE INTERNS

We are seeking architecture interns to join our ongoing projects (including office, cultural and commercial buildings, and some other international competitions). The position is a paid internship (RMB 4000 to 5000 per month), full-time, for a minimum of three months.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor Degree in Architecture (Master Degree preferred)
– Proactive with communication and team skills, self-motivated with organizational skills
– Proficient in Adobe Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD. Grasshopper is a plus
– 6-month internship is preferred. Please indicate time frame of availability in application
– Fluent English is required, both written and spoken
