We are currently looking for talented Design Architects with a strong understanding and command of complex geometries, and an ability to convincingly translate ideas and forms into digital and physical models, drawings, and visuals. Candidates should have project experience on mid- to large-scale projects in the concept and schematic design phases. Knowledge of technical principles and previous involvement in detailing stages is desirable.

You will join dedicated project teams to generate concept designs for projects of varying typologies and scales, and develop design directions for evaluation and testing against programmatic, aesthetic, and technical considerations.

Experience and knowledge:

Candidates should have at least 2-4 years post-graduate work experience in the development of high quality design concepts at internationally renowned architectural design firms. Expertise in Rhino, Maya and Grasshopper is essential. Candidates should possess clear communication skills, a systematic approach to design, and excellent graphic abilities.

Qualifications:

1. Highly creative and unique design approach with strong aesthetic sensibilities.

2. 2-4 years minimum post-graduate experience in concept designs in international design offices.

3. Experience in multi-platform workflows, geometric optimization and fabrication processes for complex geometry and curvatures.

4. Expertise and familiarity with Rhino, Maya and Grasshopper and/or other scripting language such as Python.

5. Strong and clear communication skills and a systematic approach to design.

We are looking for an experienced Architectural Designer specialized in Cultural projects to join our growing teams in our Beijing Office. Your role will range from the conceptualization to the design development of high-profile Cultural Projects – from Cultural Centers, Museums, Performing Art Centers, amongst others – through all design stages from concept through construction.

You will have a strong understanding of both architectural design development and project management. You will represent and communicate the project both internally and externally with a strong sensitivity to our design approach. You will collaborate productively with your team and ensure clarity throughout the design and construction processes.

Qualifications:

1. You have an excellent academic background with a Master in Architecture or equivalent.

For our growing Beijing team, we are looking for a Senior Project Designer to head a talented team on an extremely high-profile architectural commission through all design stages from concept through construction.

Responsible for overseeing this large scale complex project, you will have a strong understanding of both architectural design development and project management, to successfully lead the entire process of realizing an ambitious and innovative architectural concept into built reality true to design intent.

Due to the rapid growth of our Beijing team, we are looking for an outstanding Senior Architectural Designer with Retail Design experience to lead the team to complete a series of high-end architectural projects, including all stages of work from design to construction.

Applicants need to have a good understanding of our company’s design philosophy, be responsible for project communication within and outside the company, and supervise and direct the team to ensure clear and effective communication throughout the design and construction process.

Applicants need to play a core role in project progress in the daily design and management of our company.

Qualifications:

1. You have a Master’s degree in Architecture or equivalent.

2. You have at least 10 years of architecture-related work experience, have in-depth involvement in in large-scale mixed-use design projects, completed all stages of work from design to construction, and served as a senior architect in at least one retail project.

3. You have worked in well-known international architectural design companies, with excellent architectural design and management skills; and the capability of accurate and thorough communication is preferred.

4. You can adapt to the high-pressure working environment, comply with the management requirements of the team leader, have a strong sense of time management, and can deliver the scheduled work on time.

5. You are literate in AutoCAD, Rhino and Adobe CS; proficiency in Revit is a plus.

6. Fluency in English is a plus.

Job Description:

1. You have familiarity with overall layouts of retail mixed-use programs, malls, and retail streets, and can quickly analyze any project sites and provide feasible schematic solutions.

2. You have an in-depth understanding of the interior circulations and spatial scales of retail-oriented buildings, and can flexibly adapt such understanding to the creation of unique and impactful architectural experiences.

3. With the guidance of the team leader, you can independently implement and complete architectural plans of retail-oriented buildings, and provide plan layouts in line with the architectural concept.

4. You have substantial understanding of the types and positioning of retail tenants and programs, and are able to lay them out accordingly within an overall plan.

5. You have a broad awareness of recent trends of façade designs of retail-oriented buildings, with a strong passion for creativity and for innovation beyond existing solutions.

6. You have experience in preparing drawings and documentation of retail facade types, detailing and material applications, and in working with various consultants to ensure the actual technical feasibility of any proposed façade design solutions.

高级及中级室内设计师（办公和商业设计经验）

We are looking for experienced Senior Interior Designers & Interior Designers, with strong experiences in Workplace and Retail to join our growing Interiors team in our Beijing Office with an emphasis of working on and delivering design and drawing packages for high-profile interiors that will be part of and highly integrated with architectures designed also by our office.

Qualifications:

1. Passionate about interior design, and have the ability to conceive, translate and deduce vivid architectural design concepts into fascinating interior spaces.

2. Familiar with and understand the indoor material process nodes and FF&E, and deepen them into comprehensive and detailed results for construction.

3. At least 4-8 years of work experience after graduation is preferred and deeply involved in large and medium-sized office, retail projects and other types of interior design projects, and successfully delivered drawings that exceed the level of conceptual design.

4. Worked in well-known international architecture firms and interior design companies, with a keen architectural and interior design vision, professional and aesthetic knowledge and abilities, and can accurately and comprehensively convey design and space experience.

5. Adapt to the high-pressure working environment, with outstanding time management and job delivery capabilities. Responsible for the work and with passion, understand Eastern and Western cultures and traditions (Overseas graduate students are preferred).

6. Proficient in Rhino, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe CS is preferred. Fluent in English, those who can communicate proficiently in Mandarin and English are preferred.
