项目建筑师 PROJECT ARCHITECT

岗位职责 Responsibilities ：

1. 根据项目设计意图，为建筑技术系统和细节制定解决方案；

2. 以二维和三维形式进行设计研究；

3. 作为项目团队的技术负责人，协调项目的设计进程、制作和呈交成果；

4. 参与制定项目交付策略，与外部专业顾问协调，并监督成果文件的编制；

5. 协助与客户代表进行沟通，以确定设计进程的长期与短期目标；

6. 管理团队初级设计人员，向高级建筑师和技术总监汇报项目的进度和执行情况。

1. Develops solutions for architectural technical systems and details in support of project design intent.

2. 2D and 3D formats.

3. Coordinates design development, production, and delivery of projects as a technical leader of the project team.

4. Contributes to project delivery strategies, coordinates with external consultants, and supervises production of documents.

5. Assists in communicating with client representatives to identify long-term and short-term objectives of the design process.

6. Manages junior staff, reports to Senior Architect and Technical Director regarding progress and performance of projects.

任职资格 Qualifications：

1. 要求拥有建筑学硕士学位；

2. 至少 6 年的建筑设计工作经验，有施工阶段图纸设计经验的，将获优先考虑；

3. 具备技术设计解决方案的实质性能力；

4. 注册建筑师将获优先考虑；

5. 拥有LEED认证者将获优先考虑；

6. 要求具备建筑施工方法和建筑系统方面的知识；

7. 要求熟练 Revit绘图软件；

8. 要求流利的英语口语及书面表达能力。

1. Master’s degree in Architecture required.

2. Minimum 6years of architectural work experience, preferably dealing with Construction phase drawings.

3. Demonstrable skills in technical design solutions.

4. Registered Architect preferred.

5. LEED accreditation preferred.

6. Knowledge of architectural construction methodology and building systems required.

7. Proficiency in Revit required.

8. Fluent in both spoken and written English required.

建筑设计专员 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN PROFESSIONAL

岗位职责 Responsibilities ：

1. 根据团队要求，利用Revit绘图软件制作并修改建筑图纸，包括二维和三维详图；

2. 按照规范标准制定解决技术和设计问题的方案；

3. 汇编数据并进行基本设计计算；

4. 进行选品调研，协助项目设计师和项目建筑师进行材料选择和系统调研；

5. 向项目建筑师和高级建筑师汇报工作。

1. Prepares and modifies architectural drawings including details in 2D and 3D as directed by others utilizing Revit software.

2. Develops solutions to technical and design problems following established standards.

3. Compiles data and performs elementary design computations.

4. Performs product research; assists project designers and project architects with materials selection and system research.

5. Reports to Project Architect and Senior Architect.

任职资格 Qualifications ：

1. 要求拥有建筑学学士学位，拥有建筑学硕士学位者将获优先考虑；

2. 要求3至5年的建筑设计工作经验，包括制作施工图纸的经验；

3. 要求熟练Revit绘图软件；

4. 熟练使用SketchUp和/或Rhino等三维建模软件者将获优先考虑；

5. 要求流利的英语口语及书面表达能力。

1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture required, Master’s degree in Architecture preferred.

2. 3 to 5 years of architectural work experience including Construction Drawings required.

3. Proficiency in Revit required.

4. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as Sketch-Up and/or Rhino preferred.

5. Fluent in both spoken and written English required.
