L&P Group is an inteational architectural and interior designs practice that found in 2017. The company has offices in Hong Kong and Shenzhen while gathers design experts from worldwide. Our professional team have extensive experience which across the areas of retail, mixed-use, commercial, civic and cultural, interiors and masterplanning.

高级建筑师 1—2名

Senior Architectural Designer 1-2 Vacancies

1. 热爱建筑设计，具有高度的创作热情及优秀的学习能力，并具备较强的团队精神；

2. 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，6年以上大型建筑设计公司工作经验；

3. 具有良好的沟通协调、带领团队的能力，能够完整准确地汇报文案，负责与业主对接项目技术及工作计划等事宜，包含项目前期配合协调方案和初步施工图设计审核；

4. 能够熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Powerpoint、Indesign等软件；

5. 有海外学习或外企工作经验并具备一定的英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

1. Creative and passionate in architecture design, excellent leaing ability and strong team spirit;

2. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or related major, have more than 6 years working experience in large architectural design practices;

3. Excellent communication and strong leadership skill. Responsible for the presentation and negotiation with clients, management of architectural design at all stages, including project early cooperation, coordination program, preliminary, construction drawing and design reiew;

4. Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Powerpoint, Indesign and other professional software;

5. Fluent in English, have studied or working experiences in oversea is an advantage.

建筑师 1—2名

Architectural Designer 1-2 Vacancies

1. 热爱建筑设计，具有高度的创作热情及优秀的学习能力，并具备较强的团队精神；

2. 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，2—4年大型建筑设计公司工作经验；

3. 具有良好的学习研究能力、逻辑思考能力、较强的责任心、执行力以及团队协作能力；

4. 能够熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Powerpoint、 Indesign等软件；

5. 有海外学习或外企工作经验并具备一定英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

Assistant Architectural Designer 2-3 Vacancies

2. 建筑学专业本科及以上学历，1—2年工作经验或优秀应届毕业生；

3. 能够熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Rhino、Adobe等系列设计制图类软件；

4. 有海外学习或外企工作经验并具备一定的英语沟通能力者优先考虑。

建筑实习生 2—3名

Architectural Inte 2-3 Vacancies

1. 热爱建筑设计，具有高度的创作热情及优秀的学习能力，并具备较强的团队精神；

2. 能够熟练运用AutoCAD、Sketchup、Rhino、Adobe系列、office系列等软件；

3. 实习期间不少于3个月，工作半年以上优先考虑；

4. 有海外学习或外企工作经验并具备一定的英语沟通能力者优先考虑；

5. 实习生薪资：2000—3000/月。
