小大建筑设计事务所 kooo architects 由负责人小嶋伸也、小嶋绫香于2015年6月成立，现招聘项目建筑师、建筑师、实习生。办公地点位于上海市宝山区淞行路233号1楼，东京都世田谷区野沢4-21-13 KOMAZAWA Studio 4楼。
小大建筑设计事务所于2015年6月成立，负责人小嶋伸也、小嶋绫香在隈研吾东京事务所工作七年半期间，主要负责完成杭州中国美术学院民艺博物馆、北京三里屯SOHO、杭州阿里巴巴淘宝城等大型重要建筑项目。
Kooo architects is a full service architecture and design firm founded in June 2015 by Shinya Kojima and Ayaka Kojima. During their seven-year professional practice in Kengo Kuma and Associates, they’ve taken charge of several significant projects including China academy of arts’folk art museum, Alibaba taobao city, Beijing sanlitun SOHO etc.
事务所成立第一年即取得日本SD设计大奖。小大一直致力于突破常识的禁锢，大胆尝试，力图设计出更具有创造力、细节更丰富的建筑作品。在设计过程中，我们十分注重建筑与周边环境的关系，以建筑所在的地域文化、当地的材料特性、气候特点等条件作为出发点，在此基础上寻求突破与创新。目前事务所的项目主要以海内外精品酒店（新建与改造）、餐厅、办公空间等类型的建筑与空间营造为主。
After being rewarded the SD review award, Kooo architects is now engaged in a wide variety of projects located in China and Japan. We design and manage diverse, substantial projects ranging from boutique hotels to office space renovation. Kooo has a design strategy that focuses on building-context relationship, and local material. We never hesitate to experiment with our new ideas and are always seeking to push the boundary of architecture.

-建筑学学士或以上学位
-有出色的设计能力、施工图经验丰富，熟悉中国建筑规范
-拥有四年以上在国内外知名建筑事务所的工作经验，负责过新建建筑项目全程的工作。

-熟练掌握AUTO CAD / RHINO等相关建筑软件的应用，并有良好的手工模型制作习惯

-Bachelor degree or above in Architecture
-Excellent design skills. The ability to develop a full set of construction drawings. Have a deep understanding of building and construction code in China.
-A minimum of 4 -year experience in well-known architecture firm in China or overseas. Experience of involving in the whole process of an architecture project
-Strong leadership and excellent communication skills. Be able to cooperate efficiently with design team as well as third party consultants, suppliers and other related professional parties.
-Highly proficient in relevant architecture and graphic design related software including AutoCAD and RHINO.
-Excellent physical model building skills
