ARCHITECT, 1 person

福克萨斯深圳办公室正在寻找一位建筑师，参与到福克萨斯在亚洲区域的项目当中。主要参与各类项目从概念到施工各阶段的建筑设计工作中。该职位的工作内容包括参与设计概念发展，表达文件制作，技术图纸以及汇报文件的制作等，并组织团队/小组完成阶段性设计任务。该职位与项目负责人直接汇报。

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking one Architect to work on our projects all over Asia. He / She will mainly work on architectural design work at all stages of various projects from concept to construction. The responsibility of this position includes participating in the development of design concepts, production of booklets, production of technical drawings and presentation documents, etc., and organizing teams/groups to complete phased design tasks. This position reports directly to the project leader.

资格要求：

1. 建筑设计领域相关文凭；

2. 至少4年知名建筑事务所工作经验，曾深度参与复杂建筑项目从概念到施工的各个阶段；

3. 对建筑职业发展有长期规划，对建筑学专业及管理知识有长期学习动机；

4. 工作高效有条理，突出的时间管理和设计交付能力；

5. 沟通高效，能清晰表达设计思路，独立或组织多人完成阶段性设计任务；

5. Communicate efficiently, be able to express design ideas clearly, and complete phased design tasks independently or by leading multiple team member;

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking architecture interns to join our ongoing projects (including office, cultural and commercial buildings, and some other international competitions). The position is a paid internship, full-time, for a minimum of four months. Allowance: RMB 4000—5000 per month.

资格要求：

Fuksas Shenzhen Office is seeking a social media operations and business specialist, this position will be involved in Fuksas' media communication and business development in China, will follow up and disseminate the status of Fuksas' global projects. The work includes contacting Fuksas offices across the world, sorting out periodic media and business documents, contacting with external media and publicity channels, etc. Suitable for those with long-term career development plans in business and media of architectural field.

日常职责：

5. Award application;

资格要求：
