“麓客岛码头亭子设计师招募”现已启动！

项目由万华A8设计中心发起，旨在通过公共空间中微环境的升级改造，以低成本设计提升空间品质，促进公共空间中人与人的交流。万华A8设计中心依托成都麓湖水城，关注年轻设计师成长。通过寻找挖掘麓湖内有趣或有研究意义的命题，启动讲座沙龙、教育合作、设计师招募、竞赛及设计展览等系列活动。作为设计文化平台，万华A8设计中心通过整合上下游产业链，为年轻设计师群体寻求更多展示机会，推动设计产业发展 。

“LUXES’ Island Pier Pavilion Designer Open Call” was initiated by Wide Horizon A8 Design Center, aiming to improve the quality of space and promote the communication between people by upgrading the micro environment in public space with low cost. Horizon A8 Design Center is located at Chengdu LUXELAKES Water City and focuses on the growth of young designers. By looking for interesting or significant research topics in LUXELAKES, a series of activities such as lecture, salon, education cooperation, designer Recruitment, competition and design exhibition are launched. As a design culture platform, Wide Horizon A8 Design Center seeks to provide more display opportunities for young designers and promotes the development of design industry by integrating upstream and downstream industry chains.

As one of the recruitment projects of A8 Residency Program, the target project of “LUXES’ Island Pier Pavilion Designer Open Call” is located on LUXES’ Island, LUXELAKES Eco-City, Chengdu. As the main entrance of LUXES’ Island, the Pier Pavilion looks forward to a design that is artistic, design sensitive and functional, and encourages cost control through the use of new materials and new construction methods. 麓湖生态城，位于距成都市中心约28公里的南部地区，是成都“双城双心”的整体城市结构下，天府新区未来核心区域的重要门户。这是一座以稀缺生态资源为基底，聚合高端居住、高端产业及休闲娱乐配套为一体的国际化新城，开创性地将水系引入城市功能板块，成就国内生态新城开发典范。未来将容纳20余万城市居民及产业人口，总用地面积8300亩，建设用地4200亩，景观用地3000亩，市政配套用地1100亩。

LUXELAKES Eco-City, located in the southern area about 28 kilometers from the center of Chengdu, is an important gateway to the future core area of the Tianfu New District under the overall urban structure of Chengdu’s “two cities and two hearts”. As an international new city that integrates high-end residential, high-end industries, and leisure and entertainment facilities, it is based on scarce ecological resources and has pioneered the introduction of water systems into the city’s functional sector, achieving a model for the development of a domestic ecological new city. In the future, it will accommodate more than 200,000 urban residents and industrial population, with a total land area of 8,300 acres, construction land of 4,200 acres, landscape land of 3000 acres, and municipal supporting land of 1,100 acres.

麓客岛位于麓湖生态城的湖心区域，有着“成都网红小岛”之称，占地面积约150亩。麓客岛上提供多种精品吃喝玩乐宿体验，包含麓小跳’s冒险湾、麓小泥’s动物农场、达根斯国际马术俱乐部、浪速皮划艇俱乐部、滑噜噜四季雪场、叽喳森林亲子餐厅、寻麓君咖啡、CPI精品名墅等休闲娱乐项目。麓客岛围绕“公园+”的体验式商业升级模式，实现公园、运动与商业零距离结合，真正实现“商业在公园里，公园在城市中”。

LUXES’ Island is located in the heart of LUXELAKES Eco-City, known as “Chengdu Influencer Island” and covers an area of about 150 acres. LUXES’ Island offers a variety of boutique eating, drinking, and entertainment experiences, including Lu Xiaotiao’s Adventure Bay, Lu Xiaoni’s Animal Farm, Dagans International Equestrian Club, Langsu Kayak Club, Hualulu Dry Sliding, and Jizha Forest Family-friendly restaurants, Mr. LUXE Coffee, CPI boutique villas and other leisure and entertainment projects. LUXES’ Island revolves around the “Park +” experiential business upgrade model, realizing a zero-distance combination of parks, sports and commerce, and realizing commerce in the park and parks in the city.

At the same time, LUXES’ Island is one of the core attractions of the LUXELAKES Water City. In conjunction with the A8 Design Center, it aims at upgrading comprehensively with the theme of “Design and Art”. Through the open recruitment of designers and Designer Residency Program, a series of designs will be launched including architecture, landscape, installation, etc. While having leisure and fun, it will become a base for tours, visits and learning programs for design enthusiasts, art lovers, and design-art education related projects, and the in-depth cooperation with the A8 Design Center will continuously highlight LUXES’ Island’s design and art attributes.

麓客岛码头为麓客岛水路上岛主入口，具有极强的昭示性和功能性。目前该码头客户等候区设置为白色帐篷，其风貌与麓客岛整体风格不匹配，需要在控制造价前提下进行效果升级。

The pier is the main entrance of LUXES’ Island waterway, which is eye-catching and frequently used. At present, the pier pavilion is set with white tents, whose style does not match the overall style of LUXES’ Island, so the pavilion needs to be upgraded under the premise of cost control.

设计须设置两条独立通道上下船，分别为VIP候船亭（业主候船区域）和散客候船亭，每个码头亭子皆需要相应的人流上船等候区和休息区，设置座椅，并满足防雨防晒的需求。同时，在整体视觉和设计感上，应起到麓客岛上岛主入口的昭示作用，具有艺术感和设计感，体现麓客岛“设计与艺术之岛”的调性。

The design shall include two independent channels leading to VIP pavilion and visitors’ pavilion respectively, for the purpose of boarding and disembarking. Each pavilion needs corresponding waiting area and rest area, enough seats, protection from rain and sun. At the same time, in terms of overall design, it should play a role of highlighting the main entrance of LUXES’ Island, with a sense of art and design, reflecting the tonality of “Island of Art and Design” of LUXES’ island.

1. 保证实现项目基本功能：

（1）码头亭子为两个，分别为VIP候船亭和散客候船亭；

（2）两条独立上下船通道；

（3）每个亭子皆需要相应的人流上船等候区、休息区；

（4）休息区建议面积各35平方米，设有休息座椅，防雨防晒，预留风扇电源。

2. 打造兼具设计感、创新性、艺术性、功能性的码头等候空间和迎客昭示面。

3. 工程造价控制在15万以内。

4. 该区域考虑为临时建筑，使用年限10年。

1. Ensure the basic functions of the project:

(1) Two pier pavilions: the VIP pavilion and the visitors’ pavilion;

(2) Two independent channels for VIP pavilion and visitors’ pavilion respectively, for the purpose of boarding and disembarking;

(3) Each pavilion needs corresponding waiting area and rest area;

(4) The rest area is suggested to be 35m2 each, with seats, power supply and proof from rain and sun.

2. To create a pier pavilion that is design-sensitive, innovative, artistic and functional to highlight the entrance of LUXES’ Island.

3. The project cost shall be controlled within RMB 150,000 yuan.

4. The area is considered to be a temporary building with a service life of 10 years.

1. 参与招募的设计师，请将个人简介及作品集发送至zengziluo@a8dc.cn邮箱，并在标题注明“麓客岛码头亭子设计师招募”。工作人员在收到申请邮件后会进行内部筛选，最终确认设计师人选。

2. 本次个人简介及作品集投递截止时间为2020年4月30日23时59分。

3. 参与投递的设计师须保证个人简历的真实性及作品集的原创性、唯一性和知识产权的完整性。

4. 入选设计师可获得设计费5万人民币（税前，不包含差旅）。

5. 入选设计师可在麓客岛A8设计工作室驻留工作一至两周时间，具体情况依设计方案确定。

1. Designers participating in the open call, please send your CV and portfolio to zengziluo@a8dc.cn, and indicate “Open Call for LUXES’ Island Pier Pavilion Designer” in the title. After receiving the application email, the staff will conduct an internal screening to finally confirm the designer candidate.

2. The deadline for submission of CV and portfolio is 23:59 on April 30, 2020.

3. The participating designers must ensure the authenticity of their resumes, the originality, uniqueness of the portfolio and the integrity of their intellectual property.

4. Selected designer can get a design fee of 50,000 RMB (before tax, excluding travel expenses).

5. Selected designer can stay and work in A8 Design Studio at LUXES’ Island for one to two weeks. The specific situation will be determined according to the design plan.

2. 现状基础资料（现状卫片、cad平面）。

1. Relevant national and local safety standards and specifications;

2. Basic information on the status quo (status satellite films, cad).

设计师驻留作为A8设计中心的核心板块之一，旨在通过对于设计需求的梳理并面向社会公开招募设计师，以项目合作的方式，实现对设计师发展的支持。关注的设计领域覆盖建筑设计、规划设计、景观设计、室内设计，并延展至工业设计、产品设计、平面设计、时装设计等。

As one of the core modules of the A8 Design Center, designer residency program aims to support the development of designers through project cooperation. The design areas of concern cover architectural design, urban planning, landscape design, interior design, and extend to industrial design, product design, graphic design, fashion design, etc.
