境工作室（CCDI） 是深圳活跃的建筑设计团队，自成立至今，不断探索和实践，已完成一系列具有社会影响力的重要项目，其范围涵盖办公、酒店、商业、交通枢纽、体育馆、美术馆、学校等公共建筑，也包含公寓、住宅等私人生活领域，并从建筑出发，延伸至城市、室内和景观设计。

境工作室正视快速城市化和宏观社会变革带来的种种后果，试图推行一系列围绕「造境」的建筑实践，探索当代建筑和城市设计的可能性，充分发掘建筑学的专业内涵，通过独创性的空间形式操作和建造技术控制，实现高标准的建筑品质，丰富现代建筑的人文内涵。

JING Studio (CCDI) is a vibrant architectural team based in Shenzhen. Since our establishment, we are constantly exploring and practicing, also achieved a series of temperance projects with social impacts from architecture to urban, landscape and interior design. Including public projects like office buildings, hotels, urban complexes, transportation hubs, sport facilities, museums, schools and so on, as well as private projects like apartments and residential communities.

With the urge of urbanization and macro-social transformation, JING encompasses "Create a sense of Situatedness" to confront social consequences. Through explored the possibility of contemporary architecture and urban design, our productions uphold the theoretical context of architectural knowledge. We aim to enrich the spirit of humanity within modern architecture, also realize the high standard architectural quality by a unique spatial manipulation and the technical control of construction.

招聘职位 Join Us

项目建筑师 1-2名

Project Architects (1-2 people)

1. 建筑学相关设计专业本科及以上学历；

2. 有在大型设计院或一线建筑事务所6-8年专业工作经验，有良好的设计理念及人文知识；

3. 有很强的领导能力与协调沟通能力；

4. 曾全过程参与并负责实施项目，有良好的方案领悟及创作能力，具备工程实践及实施经验，精通扩初设计和施工图的内容；

5. 熟悉设计软件操作。

1. Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in architectural design;
2. Have at least 6-8 years of experiences and possess good design theoretical thinking;
3. Excellent team leader and project management skills;
4. Participate in schematic design till construction administration, take in charge of under construction/completed projects in past working experiences.
5. Holding a good understanding with conceptual proposal and creative-minded, as well as expert in development design and construction drawings context;
6. Skilled in design software.

建筑师 2-3名

Architects (2-3 people)

1. 建筑学相关设计专业本科及以上学历；

2. 3-5年专业工作经验，具备良好的创作能力和工程实践能力；

3. 具备严谨的职业素养和敬业精神；

4. 出色的分工组织能力与协调沟通能力；

5. 精通各种设计软件。

1. Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in architectural design;
2. Have at least 3-5 years of experiences;
3. Have rigorous professionalism and dedication;
4. Excellent in divide workloads organization and coordination communication abilities;
5. Proficient in design software.

助理建筑师 3-5名

Assistant Architects(3-5 people)

1. 建筑学相关设计专业本科及以上学历；

2. 3年以下的专业工作经验，具备良好的创作能力和方案深化能力；

3. 有责任心、职业素养及团队合作精神；

4. 优秀的方案设计能力和成果表现能力；

5. 精通各种设计软件。

1. Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in architectural design;
2. Under 3 years working experiences, holding a good creativity and design development abilities;
3. Have strong responsibility and professionalism in team work;
4. Proficient in design software.

室内设计师 2-3名

Interior Designer(2-3 people)

1. 室内设计、建筑学或相关设计专业本科及以上学历；

2. 3年以上的专业工作经验，具有良好的艺术及建筑审美，熟悉制图规范、施工工艺、流程及装饰材料等应用；

3. 具备从方案到施工图设计能力，以及施工现场配合的全过程工作经历；

4. 具有良好的沟通协调能力，能够与业主、供应商、材料商以及其他相关专业公司高效配合；

5. 能够熟练掌握主要设计软件。

1. Possess a Bachelors or higher degree in architectural design，interior design or other relevant;
2. More than 3 years of professional work experience, with good artistic and architectural aesthetics, familiarity with drafting specifications, construction techniques, processes, and decorative materials, etc.
3. Experienced in the whole construction process, including from proposal to the construction design, as well as construction site cooperation;
4. Has good communication and coordination skills, and can effectively cooperate with owners, suppliers, material suppliers, and other related professional companies.
5. Proficient in design software.

6. Organize daily project data;
7. Fully capable of working with Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.

建筑实习生（常年招聘）

Intern (long-term required ) Several

1. 正规院校建筑学、规划、环境艺术设计专业本科及以上学历的在校生；

2. 对建筑艺术有执着的热情和追求，具备良好的沟通能力和团队精神，工作认真负责、敬业、踏实；

3. 熟练掌握制图软件；

4. 实习期为3个月或以上；

5. 实习月补贴：1800至3000元。

1. Full-time undergraduate or higher academic background students in architectural design;
2. Passionate in architecture with good communication and team work;
3. Skilled in design software;
4. 3 months or above internship.
