PADW法国百塔威建筑设计事务所 （以下简称PADW）于1989年创立于法国南特，是一家于法国注册的建筑设计事务所，项目分布法国、中国、西班牙、英国及非洲等多个国家地区。现招聘建筑师、副总经理、景观规划师、助理建筑师、建筑学实习生，办公地点位于上海市虹口区中山北一路121号A2栋223室。

PELLEGRINO & ASSOCIATES DESIGN WORKSHOP (here in after referred to as PADW) was founded 1989 in Nantes, France, is a French registered architectural design firm, it's high professional team has been in charge of projects like in France, China, Spain, Britain and many countries in Africa.

事务所的主要设计工作集中于医疗建筑领域，同时涉及商业、居住、文化建筑和城市设计等多个领域方面。此外，在绿色节能建筑设计理论研究中，PADW也有突出的贡献：2011年建成作品“Ancenis学生及青年公寓”曾获得2012年法国最佳绿色建筑奖，并于同年入选巴黎建筑博物馆馆藏项目。

The main design work of the company is concentrated in the field of medical architecture, and involves many fields, such as commercial, residential, cultural buildings and urban design. PADW has great contribution to the research on the design theory of green energy-saving building, built in 2011 Ancenis students and youth apartment won the 2012 French Best Green Building Award, and in the same year as collections of Paris Museum of architecture project.

Today, PADW business has been officially extended to China, it's subsidiary named Pellegrino Construction Design Consulting (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., is an important strong hold of PADW in the Asia Pacific region. It's purpose to share the medical treatment, rehabilitation and pension building and other aspects of professional and technical experiences to China.

招聘职位

建筑师 1名

1. 建筑学相关专业本科或以上学历，拥有优秀的专业知识和创作能力；

2. 3年以上工作经验，对项目流程有完整、清晰的认识，了解国家及地方建筑规范，具有独立完成项目的能力；

3. 具有较强的沟通、协调与组织能力，能团结和领导团队完成设计任务；

4. 熟练使用相关制图软件及项目管理流程等；

5. 有医疗建筑或体育建筑设计经验者优先。

1. Possess a Bachelor's or higher degree in architecture or relevant major, and possess very strong professional knowledge and design abilities;

2. 3 years of professional practice, have a complete and clear understanding of the project process, understand the national and local building codes, the ability to independently complete the project;

3. Have strong communication, coordination and organization ability, can unite and guide the team to complete the design task;

4. Proficient in drawing and project management software;

5. Experience in design of medical buildings or sports buildings is preferred.

副总经理 1名

（商务方向）

1. 建筑设计相关专业本科以上学历；

2. 具有5年以上市场管理的相关经验；

3. 具有广泛的社会资源，可独立运营市场开拓；

4. 熟悉国家和地区宏观经济态势和政策导向，具有战略性的思维能力和独立组织、研究项目的能力，以及熟悉市场营销、业务拓展的相关能力；

5. 具有较强的领导能力、内外部协调、沟通、谈判及业务分析能力；

6. 具有良好的市场洞察力、信息分析和组织能力，具有很强的团队合作能力和交际能力；

7. 年龄在30—35周岁。

1. Bachelor degree or above in architectural design related major;

2. More than 5 years of experience in market management;

3. With extensive social resources, it can operate independently and expand the market;

4. Familiarity with national and regional macroeconomic and policy orientation, strategic thinking and independent organization and research projects, familiarity with marketing, and business expansion;

5. Strong leadership, internal and external coordination, communication, negotiation and business analysis;

6. Good command of market insight, information analysis and organization, strong teamwork and communication skills;

7. 30-35 years old.

景观规划师 1名

1. 景观或规划相关专业大学本科及以上学历；

2. 具有3年以上景观规划方案设计经验；

3. 具有较强的创新意识、学习能力和方案设计能力；

4. 具有各类型项目的景观设计经验，具有对大尺度和跨专业项目的理解及具体工作能力，同时也具备一定的把控景观细节的能力；

5. 熟悉操作各类制图软件，如：CAD、GIS、Photoshop、Sketch up、Lumion等；

6. 具有团队合作精神、较好的沟通协调能力、敬业、有责任感、热爱建筑事业；

7. 具有良好的抗压能力、良好的沟通能力和团队精神，工作认真负责、踏实敬业；

8. 对内对外有较好的交流、沟通、表达能力。

1. Bachelor degree or above in landscape or planning related field;

2. More than 3 years experience in landscape planning and design;

3. Strong innovation consciousness, learning ability and program design ability;

4. Experience in landscape design with various types of projects, understanding and working ability for large and cross professional projects, and a certain ability to control the details of the landscape;

5. Familiar with the operation of various drawing software CAD, GIS, Photoshop, Sketch up, Lumion, etc;

6. Strong team work spirit, good communication and coordination ability, dedication, responsibility, love of construction;

7. Good pressure, good communication skills and team spirit, conscientious, responsible and hardworking;

8. Have good communication and communication skills both internally and externally.

助理建筑师 1名

1. 建筑学相关专业本科或以上学历, 有良好的设计潜能和形式感觉；

2. 1—2年工作经验；

3. 具备严谨的工作态度和饱满的建筑热情，热爱建筑设计及方案创作，具有较好的理解能力和沟通能力，具备较强的执行力；

4. 具有良好的建筑理论素养，和良好的建筑表现及表达能力；

5. 具有较强的团队合作精神，能够配合快速的工作节奏；

6. 具有一定的独立设计能力及深化设计能力，了解专业相关规范和标准；

7. 熟练使用设计及制图等相关电脑软件。

建筑学实习生 2名

（实习补贴：2000元/月）

1. 大学四年以上的建筑学专业在读，男女不限；

2. 热爱设计、思路清晰，善于沟通和学习，领悟能力强；

3. 具有良好的团队合作精神；

4. 性格踏实肯干，责任感强，能承受一定的工作压力；

5. 熟练使用设计及制图等相关电脑软件；

6. 需保证充足的全职实习期，至少满足2个月或以上。
