Mandarin speaking Architect – Hong Kong

OMA香港公司诚邀一名建筑师加入我们的设计团队。该建筑师需要能够胜任项目各个设计阶段的工作，包含设计与绘制平面图、效果图、制作汇报文件和建造工作模型等。这位建筑师将会向该项目负责人直接汇报，最终向OMA合伙人汇报该项目。

OMA’s Hong Kong office is looking for a mandarin speaking Architect to join. The Architect will work as a team member on projects in all design phases and will design drawing plans, create renderings, build presentation and working models. The selected candidate will report directly to the Project Leader or Associate of the current project and ultimately to the Partner in charge of the project.

应聘要求：
1. 建筑学、城市规划或相关设计类专业毕业，拥有本科或硕士学位；
2. 3-5 年国际著名建筑或设计事务所工作经验（有亚洲市场经验者优先）；
3. 具有出色的概念组织、平面表达与设计才能；
4. 拥有设计初期阶段的实践经验，如概念设计和方案设计等；
5. 能够熟练应用相关软件，如AutoCAD、3D Max、Rhino、Adobe Suite等；
6. 能使用Revit 者更佳；
7. 有参与大型项目的设计经验；
8. 流利的双语能力：普通话、英语；能使用其他一门外语者更优；
9. 有信心在一个多元化和国际化的工作环境中工作；
10. 了解OMA的项目作品；
11. 能立即到岗者优先。

Requirements:
1. Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Masterplanning, Design or relevant field
2. 3 - 5 years’ experience in inteational renowned architecture or design offices (preferably
in Asia)
3. Strong conceptual, graphic and design talent
4. Practical experience in early design phases such as conceptual and schematic design
5. Strong AutoCAD, 3D Max, Rhino, Adobe Suite skills
6. Knowledge of Revit will be an asset
7. Experience on large scale projects
8. Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin is a must
9. Fluency in English, another other language is an asset
10. Confidence in working in a complex and inteational environment
11. Knowledge of OMA’s work
12. Immediate availability is preferred

OMA’s Hong Kong office is looking for several Architectural Intes to join our design team. As an Architectural Inte, you will be working on various projects within a team, being trained and mentored by experienced architectural professionals. If you see yourself as a talented and ambitious architectural student or recent graduate, who is interested in testing your limits in a fast-paced and competitive working environment, this is a position to apply.

应聘要求：
1.在校建筑学学生，或正在完成其他相关课程、相关学位的学生；
2.优秀的平面表达与设计才能；
3.优秀的效果图绘制能力，熟悉Rhino；

Requirements:
1. Currently studying or finishing diploma in Architecture or other relevant courses
2. Strong graphic and design talent
3. Strong rendering skills and familiarity with Rhino
4. Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite and AutoCAD
5. Excellent craft and model-making skills
6. Knowledge on Revit is a definite plus
7. Fluency in written and spoken English (any other language is an asset)
8. Continuous availability of 6 months is a must
9. Candidates must feel confident in a complex, dynamic environment

Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend. The selecting progress starts spontaneously, and the selected candidates are expected to start June, 2017.
