墨照建筑设计事务所 于2015年在深圳成立。

建筑的在地性体现在通过空间和时间两种维度，建筑自身与场地和人的连接，以及建筑作为媒介对人与人、场地与人的连接。在设计实践过程中，“建筑与场地”、“日常生活”和“传统与记忆”是事务所一直关注与思考的内容。事务所设计的作品包含籽舍种植平台与体验馆、生活美学馆、至美术馆、菲鹏松山湖总部办公二期以及安健科技松山湖办公总部等等。作品曾获得国内外多个知名建筑奖项，包括英国ABB Leaf、英国WAN、美国AMP、美国A+等优秀建筑奖，并发表于《建筑学报》、《AT建筑技艺》、《住区》、谷德、有方、建筑学院、ArchDaily、UED、Dezeen、Domus、美国室内设计中文网等专业建筑媒体平台。此外，事务所受邀参加了2018“美好玉田”城事设计节以及2019年深圳设计周-粤港澳大湾区设计展。

招聘职位

高级建筑师 2名

1. 拥有建筑学本科或硕士学位，2-5年工作经历，设计能力强；

2. 参与过大型项目中后期（扩初/施工图/施工配合），有现场配合经验者优先；

3. 具有良好的沟通能力和团队精神，协调意识强，工作习惯良好，做事认真负责；

4. 热爱生活，热爱设计，友善开朗，有团队精神，沟通能力好；

5. 熟练掌握Office、AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Suite等办公制图软件，熟练使用Rhino、3DMax、Vray等建模渲染软件者优先；

6. 具有室内或者景观设计经验者优先。

Senior Architect (2 person)

1. Bachelor or above in architecture, 2 to 5 years of working experience in architectural design, Strong graphic and design skills;

2. Experienced in large projects and on-site cooperation preferred;

4. Passionate about life and design and able to work in a team, Strong communication skills;

6. Experienced in interior or landscape design preferred.

助理建筑师 3名

1. 拥有建筑学本科学位，1年以内工作经历或应届毕业生，设计潜能突出；

2. 动手及学习能力强，做事有责任心，乐于沟通，具有团队意识和协作精神；

3. 热爱生活，热爱设计，友善开朗，有团队精神；

4. 掌握Office、AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Suite等办公制图软件，能使用Rhino、3DMax、Vray等建模渲染软件者优先；

5. 作品集需有学生时期作品。

Assistant Architect (3 person)

1. Bachelor in architecture, a year of working experience in architectural design or graduating students;

2. Good hand-on study skill; Good sense of responsibility and good team spirit;

3. Passionate about life and design and able to work in a team;

4. Proficiency in Office，AutoCAD，SketchUp , Adobe Creative Suite，Microsoft Office and related software; Proficient in Rhino, 3DMax,Vray preferred;

媒体编辑 1名

1. 拥有建筑学本科学位或相关专业本科以上学位；

2. 有一定的建筑知识和理论基础，具有良好的文学功底和文字编辑能力，有较好的排版和平面设计能力；

3. 整理项目宣传资料，制作工作室宣传资料以及与媒体平台对接作品发布；

4. 管理工作室网站与其他宣传平台的更新，协助各类宣传工作与公司活动；

5. 热爱生活，热爱设计，友善开朗，有团队精神；

6. 掌握Microsoft Office和Adobe Suite等专业软件，擅长摄影者优先。

Editor (1 person)

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture or any other related majority;

2. Proficient in editing, writing and graphic design with good framework of architectural knowledge;

3. The ability to organize and produce promotional material and coordinate exhibition and media;

4. Experienced in updating of studio website and other publicity platforms; Flexibility to participate in design projects;

5. Passionate about life and design and able to work in a team;

6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite and related software; Proficient in photography preferred.

事务所及项目助理 1名

岗位职责

1. 项目预算、项目各项费用登记等项目管理工作；

2. 事务所日常行政与人力事务的协助与执行：如招聘工作、安排面试及会议、报销及发票登记、考勤、人员入离职、人员五险一金、人员职称、人员绩效评估等；

3. 负责团队建设与策划：如生日会、集体出游、文娱活动、年度旅游等；

4. 商务洽谈、合同拟定；

5. 品牌推广及宣传。

任职资格

1. 本科以上学历，人力资源、行政管理等相关专业优先，应届毕业生（实习合格可考虑转正）或3年以内工作经验；

2. 对艺术感兴趣，平时喜欢接触设计的女生优先；

3. 熟练操作Office等常用办公软件，特别是Word、Excel、PowerPoint；

4. 有活动组织策划经验，有很好的协调能力；

5. 有很好的团队合作意识，亲和力强，有很好的沟通能力；

Office and Project Assistant（1 person）

Job Responsibilities:

Project managementincludes project budget、issue an invoice, and so on ;

Coordination and implement of daily administration & human resource affairs： recruitment work, arrangements for interviews and meetings, reimbursement and invoice registration, attendance, personnel entry and departure, personnel social insurance and housing fund, personnel titles, personnel performance evaluation, etc;

Responsible for team building and planning, such as birthday party, group travel, entertainment activities, annual tourism, etc;

Business negotiation and drawing up the contract;

Brand promotion and publicity.

Qualification:

Bachelor degree or above, major in human resources, administration is preferred,recent graduate（behave well in practice will consider to be regular employee）or person that have no more than three-year work experience ;

Girl are preferred that like and contact art design;

Manipulate Office and more office application, Word、Excel、PowerPoint in particular;

Experience in planning activities，good coordination and organization;

实习生长期有效

1. 正规院校建筑学及其他设计专业在校生，实习期可长达3个月及以上；

2. 动手及学习能力强，做事有责任心，抗压能力强，愿意尝试不同任务，听从安排；

3. 热爱生活，热爱设计，友善开朗，能够快速融入团队；

4. 掌握Office、AutoCAD、SketchUp、Adobe Suite、Rhino、3DMax、Vray等办公制图软件；

5. 实习生薪资：3000元-5000元/月。
