北京服装学院建筑与设计创新工作营-柏林项目

今夏，北京服装学院建筑与设计创新工作营将参加在德国柏林的大学设计工作室活动，德国设计工作室活动由ANCB组织。现在，北京服装学院建筑与设计创新工作营招收3-5名学员加入。

本次工作营在德国产生的学费由北京超城建筑设计事务所赞助。活动的主要任务是对在柏林给定的历史场址进行改造设计。本次活动，由来自世界各地的大学工作营团队参与。每个工作营团队根据各自选定的场址提出一个改造设计方案，针对各自的设计方案与其他团队进行相互讨论与交流，设计范围包括从城市规划尺度至街区原形住宅发展。

For Beijing Institute of Fashion Technology Architecture and Design Innovation Workshop 2017

BIFT Architecture and Design Innovation Workshop is currently seeking 3 to 5 team members to join our innovation workshop team. In July, our workshop will take part in ANCB University Design Studios Program 2017 in Berlin Germany. The main team task is to work on one of the given sites in Berlin in collaboration with other teams of universities worldwide. The workshop mission of this year is sponsored by CU Office. 关于ANCB

ANCB位于德国柏林，它建立了一个来自全世界不同大学都能够共同工作与交流的实验室平台。希望来自世界各地的大学生通过参与此活动，可以相互交流、学习，实现在同一领域不同文化间的互动。它以跨学科领域的方式促进教育、研究、政府、民间与跨专业团队共同对人类城市生存环境的未来进行探讨，意在找到一种在建筑与设计上进行教学、研究、交流与实施的全新概念。

about ANCB

ANCB is a metropolitan laboratory that works in cooperation with universities worldwide, going beyond the boundaries of discipline by operating as a proactive interface between education, research, goveance, civil society and industry. In inteational and interdisciplinary public debates and university design studios with its collaborating partners, ANCB aims to enable a liveable future in our urban environments and to bring together all partners in this common search for urban intelligence, while challenging the notions of how architecture and design should be taught, studied, communicated and performed.

about THE TASK

Standard housing typologies were designed around socio-demographic narratives which today are out of date. People are living longer, in broad-ranging and fluid household constellations, combining work and home, increasingly in more than one city and country, and mainly in urban contexts. Teams are invited to rethink of housing typologies in this light. It encourages an approach based on shared spatial requirements, rather than socio-demographic profile. This not only about the pragmatic benefits of space-sharing, but also the socio-political potential for cities and societies of diverse urban inhabitants brought closer together. Berlin is experimenting with forms of self-determined housing. To this effort, we wish to bring proposals free of rigid household narratives, which offer spatial flexibility over time and blur perceived societal boundaries; so that all can age gracefully, be included justly and compassionately into society, and make equal demands on the spatial resources of the city.

关于大学设计室(University Design Studios)

大学设计室是实现ANCB理念的重要形式之一。来自各个学校的设计团队通过对特定的场址进行案例与营造类型进行研究对一个明确的柏林城市问题进行挑战。研究范围是建立在一个实际的设计纲要、城市问题与场址的框架之内，并具有城市形式与尺度的广泛性与多元性特点。研究成果经过整理与丰富之后将交与ANCB本地合作院校定制为特定的个案研究。至今已有来自全球的120所院校参加过ANCB的大学设计室活动。

about UNIVERSITY DESIGN STUIDIOS
University teachers and their students explore a defined urban challenge through specific case study sites and / or building typologies in Berlin. Thus, the studios are set within a ‘real’ framework of design briefs, urban problems and sites throughout Berlin, reflecting the city’s rich diversity of form, scale and public spaces. The outcomes are collated and presented to our local partners. The
studios are enriched with lectures and urban tours tailored to the specific case study. The selected topics and relevant sites are derived from the threads and outcomes of the programme at ANCB.

More than 120 University Design Studios have taken place to date.

about MENTORS

车飞

北京服装学院智慧环境研究中心主任、北京大学客座教师
中国扶贫基金会灾后重建专家委员会委员

车飞曾在德国杜塞尔多夫艺术学院学习建筑学, 获得德国安哈尔特大学硕士学位, 德国包豪斯魏玛大学的城市化发展博士学位。他独创的社会空间性理论，使其带领的设计团队始终处于建筑发展的前沿。他将建筑思想理论与实践相结合，开拓建筑发展的未来。在2007年成立的超城建筑，从事创造性的都市与建筑设计工作, 并实现了引人注目的诸多关于城市,文化,居住和室内项目。
车飞作为建筑理论作家，2009年出版了首部建筑学专著《震荡》，他还为国内外许多重要专业刊物撰写论文。其文字在世界多国专业期刊发表。2013年车飞最新的城市空间学理论专著《北京的社会空间性转型——一个城市空间学基本概念》在中国建筑工程出版社出版。

CHE Fei

Director of Smart Environment Research Center (SERC) in BIFT,
Visiting Professor in Peking University,
Member of Urban Planning Expert Commission of China Foundation for Poverty Alleviation

He was studying Architecture in Kunstakademie Düsseldorf, Germany, and he received his master degree of architecture in Dessau architecture institute (Hochschule Anhalt), Germany, and PhD from Bauhaus Weimar University. In 2007, he established CU OFFICE in Beijing, considered as one of the innovative architects in China.
As a theory writer, he published his first book in China in 2009, which is an over-600-page Book: CONCUSSION, his writings have been published in various professional publications and jouals. In 2013, he has his second book published “The Socio-spatial transition of Beijing – A Fundamental Concept of City Spaceology”.

章雪峰

德国注册景观建筑师

章雪峰是超城建筑设计公司的创始人。她曾在德国景观事务所工作多年，参与完成了德国哈勒集市广场、中国国家博物馆内庭院、晋城儿童公园、武汉东湖概念规划等重要项目。其中，由章雪峰担任设计项目负责人的晋城儿童公园荣获2010中国风景园林学会“优秀园林绿化工程”的金奖。章雪峰拥有在德国和中国高品质实现大型公共性项目的实践经验。完美的设计和精益求精的细节品质是她始终的要求。

ZHANG Xuefeng

Registered Landscape Architect in Germany

Zhang Xuefeng is one of the founder of CU Office. She worked in German Landscape Offices for years, participating in and finishing projects, such as the Courtyard of National Museum China, Jincheng Children’s Park, Conceptual Planning of Donghu Lake Wuhan.

参加条件

A.一般条件：
1. 学员必须年满18周岁；
2. 学员必须是建筑学大学三年级以上本科或研究生学生。

B. 学员的义务：
1. 学员必须自费自行办理德国的入境手续；
2. 学员自己承担旅费、食宿费等其它生活费用；
3. 学员自己负责购买医疗、事故、责任和财产保险。学员对自己造成的任何事故损失负责，北京服装学院柏林创新工作营对此不承担任何责任；
4. 学员有义务遵守中华人民共和国及联邦德国的法律。

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. General Requirements
1.Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
2.Participants need to be students who are studying in architecture in or above their junior year of university.

B. Responsibilities of participants
1. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure at his/her own expense that his/her stay in Germany is in compliance with the law and that he/she is in possession of any required entry permit, residence permit or visa.
2. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure at his/her own expense of travelling and accommodation and other living cost.
3. It is the sole responsibility of the course participant to take out health insurance and accident, liability and personal property insurance. BIFT assumes no liability in this area.
4. Participants are obliged to comply with the laws of the People’s Republic of China and the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

费用：

本次工作营活动在德国产生的学费由北京超城建筑设计事务所来赞助，但路费及食宿费等由学员自行承担。

MISSION FEE

The tuition fee for ANCB is sponsored by CU Office. Participants is responsible of their own living and travelling cost.
